Do NOT stay here. I repeat, do NOT stay here. These guys are the perfect scam in Lausanne, taking advantage to steal money from the ones desperately searching for a new home in the difficult house market of Lausanne. If you are even considering staying in here, I advise you to go on and do a camping or rent a hotel. You can pay a little more, but you’ll get the money for what you’ve rent and not this agonizing place! The nightmare starts when you arrive to the building outside. It stays in a busy motorway street next to 2 traffic lights. The noise is unbearable. The hallway of this building smells like burn tire and urine, it's disgusting. While entering the apartment, you can still hear from the outside. Windows are older than me and noise comes directly in your direction. First glance it seems ok, but oh boy, turn the lights or open the manual blindfolds from the 70's and the nightmare will begin: - They make you fill up an inventory (their inventory) with a list of things that are or are missing in the apartment. Yes, they obliged the clients to do their job, otherwise you’ll have to pay for what is missing or broken. Guess what? 13 thins were missing! Chairs, plates, glasses, pillows. You better send that list on the first 2 days or your bill will ascend for the scammer’s pockets! - The bed is for children no for two adults. If one of you it a little big, forget your nights of sleep. - Bedsheets don't fit the bed, the mattress was soft as a sponge, the covers were yellow (see the pictures below) and were burn with cigarettes (I don't ever stand the smell of smoke). - Cleaning ladies come once a week, we were going to stay for one month. There are utensils for you to clean, nothing, a small brush for the floor is what you get. -Balconies are filthy (see the pics) - Coffee machine was broken. Kettle didn’t exist. - Walls dirty, smashed bugs, tons of mosquitoes. - Tables and chairs without paint. - bathtub shower hanger broken, what would make impossible to take a shower. - And finally, because I don’t want to waste more time on the subject, the cherry on top of the cake was the lack of hot water and heating on Saturday! That lasted until Monday because they don’t care about their customers, and don’t work on weekends, so everybody was cold (3 Degrees Celsius this weekend) and without taking showers! This entire building and company should be investigated by Suisse Police and should be erased from everywhere in the world. Scammers!

They bought their rating with fake profile bots I arrived for a business stay, and it was awful. My shower was broken, the door on the top of the bathtub had gaps, so after taking a shower the whole apartment was flooded, starting from the bathtub reaching as far as my bed. I needed to spent a lot of time talking to the support through three channels of the communication to make them arrenge a technician appointment to the same day. Not only, he didn’t fix the issues to satisfactory level, he left a lot of stains and after construction waste in the bathroom. On top of that, he used my shower towels! (Which of course were not replaced, and the extremely dirty floor after the flood was still there)

Stayed in room 102. Broken shower. Loud noises at night, some kind of issue with the pipes. Street lights/car lights bleed into the room during the night as well because the door is made of glass. Overall the state of the apt shows it is cheaply made and quite damaged. Would not recommend even if low cost for the area. The gate to get in doesn't always open.

We spent a month in Lausanne (Rue Caroline). Beautiful, central and quiet area. The apartment was disappointing instead. It wasn't fully furnished and wasn't clean. Full of dust everywhere. We had also included weekly cleaning but again it was never clean. The internet connection was really bad. Very low value for high price. Even though the staff has been kind, we will not be returning.

Convenient to enter the building and the apt. Everything is tiny: a tiny elevator, a tiny apt, a tiny bathroom))) very clean. The street is noisy, all sounds are here, no soundproof at all. Suppose that is why the price is lower than others.

Worst experience ever. Room booked for a full family of 3. Bed is a small double bed, where 1 of us could not fit in. Plumbing issues caused us to waste the whole day. Spider webs in the room and still dirty bath. Administration would refuse to help or issue a refund on the first day. The only good thing in this was that staff in the appartaments were nice and friendly, but they could not help much as administration who are ignorant, are the ones who can help.

Awful service and appartment presenting many maintenance problems. When I arrived, no one was there at reception and I was lucky that a lady helped out to reach them so I could go to the room. The shutters did not work and I informed on the first night. They promised a technician would come to fix it the next day but that was not true... so, 2 nights without sleep because there is a lot of light and noise outside. In fact, on the second night I called they "offered" to change my room, but I could not check before if the shutters worked!!! In addition, the bathroom sink was clogged, kind of disgusting. The noise isolation is non existent, so you could hear everything from other rooms. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

I got BEDBUGS from this place. They tried to sneakily throw away the infested items and not let me know but of course I had been bitten already! I had to argue with them to get my room changed, but before that, I had to stay in that room for days and woke up with bedbugs right beside me in the mornings. They did not even offer to get my clothes professionally disinfected, so I had to do multiple rounds of washing because I had packed for a long stay. It was a nightmare and ruined my time in Lausanne. It is the dirtiest accommodation. The furniture are worn down. The laundry room is disgusting. No wonder why there are bedbugs there. Also not soundproof at all. Stay away.

Stayed with family (from Bengaluru, India) in Vision Apartments located in ‘Rue Caroline’ in the month of February 2019 for 2 weeks. The room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped with adequate crockery and cutlery. The rooms are very competitively priced. The apartment is a stone's throw from two metro stations i.e., Bessières - 180 meters or 2 minutes' walk and Ours - 210 meters or 3 minutes' walk. The Coop Supermarché (Supermarket) is just 130 meters away or 2 minutes by walk. As a tourist with family, location of the apartment matters; the close proximity to both metros make speedy travel possible to all top attractions in Lausanne. DILAPIDATED BUILDING, POOR MANAGEMENT NO A/C (it gets VERY hot, and there is NO AIR circulation) VERY, VERY LOUD You simply WON’T be able to get ANY SLEEP The building is old, and poorly maintained NO management or assistance on site. No one to reach out by phone Very serious structural issues with the building, Extremely dirty: dirt/dust all around floors and walls, stinky elevator carpet, bubblegum smeared on elevator cabin, scratches everywhere …TOTAL NIGHTMARE LASTLY, my unit got broken into around midnight the last night on my stay Apparently they assign my room to another guest!!! There is no latch on the door, so I couldn’t sleep that night thinking I was going to be broken into again, and possibly worst… (robbed, rapped) AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Terrific place to stay in Lausanne. Apartment was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped with a Super kitchen. Could have used air conditioning but that was only because it was unseasonably hot. Great location two minutes walk from 2 metro stations, bus stops, supermarket and great eating area. And very fairly priced by Lausanne standards. Highly recommended

Good location: quite central but quiet place and close to a supermarket and metro station. Modern decor and super clean. I stayed many times and keep returning.

This was a 5-day business trip to Lausanne and my colleagues and I were booked to stay at Vision Apartments at Rue Caroline. Location was great, with two metro stations nearby. Kitchen was equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, water boiler for tea, fridge with water bottles for free consumption. Room was extremely clean, and although it didn't have a fan or aircon, I managed to sleep with the door semi-open and was great. Probably as a precaution, make sure before arriving to the place, that you provide your ID/Passport to them via email, and that you receive your PIN to access the building and room, otherwise, you may find yourself calling the customer service line asking for it from the outside. No need to do anything for check out, you just get out from the room by 10am and it's sorted. I found this estrange so I emailed them just to make sure of it and their response was very relieving, SUPER TOP! When I was leaving the building it was pouring rain and somebody from the staff gave me an umbrella for free. This simple act of kindness made my visit worth it. I will be back to Vision Apartments in Lausanne <3 Thanks.

Stayed there for a business project. All clean, quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would sty there again.

Easy booking online. Place was a bit smaller than expected, but overall OK.

Value for money is good, was there for almost three months. Bed is comfy and view excellent.

Was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews here.. but clean rooms and fair prices. Location is good, near to two public transport stations..

So many things to love. Great decor and finishes. Nice easy chair. The bed was cosy. I loved the view of the trees from our room. Great location for the metro. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location and nice view from our room. The apartment was clean but it seems maintenance might be an issue (lots of scuffed walls, damage to countertop in kitchen area and a balcony that looked very neglected). Sound insulation was poor, both to the outside (noisy street) and to neighbouring rooms. We've had much better experiences at Visionapartments in other cities.

Such a disappointment. Booked this place for my old parents for four nights. The bathroom light went off on the second day of their stay and despite numerous requests by email and phone to have the light replaced, no action was taken by the management and my parents had to take showers in the dark. This was their first visit to Switzerland to see their grandchildren since the COVID and Vision apartments ruined their visit.

Due to my own mistake, I booked the wrong place and realized my mistake after the payment. Due to their cancellation policy, Visionapartment could have kept an important share of my booking, yet after a call to a nice woman and a check with her manager, I was fully reimbursed. It is not much, yet rare enough to have a company as such being as friendly and comprehensive as they were. It will be with pleasure that I will book another stay sometimes in the future.

UPDATED: We ran into a problem during our stay here but the Property Manager was quick to act and provide a workable solution, afterward surprising us with a fully perfect solution. This is our 3rd time in a Vission Apartment and we have had several issues in the past, but we can recommend the location at Rue Caroline knowing that we can are in good hands if anything happens. The building is in close proximity to the city center, so a bit more city noise, but you will be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are a good size and the coffee machine makes great coffee. In case you have any questions or issues during your stay, contact the local staff (office downstairs, phone, or email) and avoid the general (HQ) channels at all costs if you don't want to lose your sanity. The local staff is professional and will do their best to assist you where possible.
