Dirty as hell Staff are rude and use foul language with customers

Homeless people come in just to use the toilets and will ask you for your code. And when you see how dirty the toilets are and how sticky the floor is...

Nice McDonald's Restaurant right in front of the train station "Gare de Lausanne". Pretty nice to pick up something to eat before or after a train journey. The store is clean including the toilets and it didn't took long till I got my food.

17 October Time: 8:20 The worker says I will get my food quickly but the BLACK coloured woman worker took a very long time as she did other things and ignored my order. This worker is very arrogant and disrespectful to even work in Switzerland 👎🤮 I even missed 3 trains Don’t go to this McDonald’s 🚩🚩🚩

Dirty tables, and chairs. Everywhere food and fries. I ordered spicy nuggets and strawberry frappé(later). Was sitting upstairs and took 20 as my table sign. Got the chicken nuggets but never the frappe, asked the waitress and she told me that she will bring me. But no. Next time I asked and she said go and ask in the counter, but I didn't have time, so left.

It was good but they messed up my order, I ordered a Spicy McChicken and got regular nuggets… was kind of disappointed because in the Rackwick McDonald’s nobody never messed up anything. Still a good experience overall !

While waiting for our 25 minutes-delayed train on Monday evening 14.11.2022, we'd like to order just 2 cups of hot tea and 2 small chocolate cakes. For 20 minutes, we waited and they just lost our order. They asked among themself who took the order #49 without doing nothing. Unbelievable ! Finally we just left our order as the train was arriving. Hope they enjoyed our CHF11.40 tea and cake. Some people experience the same problem with me. They just left. I guess taking order hot tea and small cake is very very very difficult task for them. Toilet also smelly and very dirty. Bad service.

Its hard to find vegetarian options but found one and it was as usual the best

Homeless people occupied the outside of the first floor. WiFi doesn't work properly. Apart from that a very decent Mac.

Nice location, but both are for changing nappies and baby chair were dirty. Service was nice and we got a baloon.

Overall, not bad. Sometimes the terminal does not issue a check, but the order is delivered according to the plate number.

The woman who served to me in mccafe this morning at 11.00 could not hear my order COMBO, so I paid much more for coffee with macaron. I asked about it, and then her other colleague came to scream on me and talk about politeness!!! Is it polite to get my money for what I didn't order???? If your combo is anyhow different, she should explain to the client. That would be polite! I hope the management of this particular place will make a discussion with this person who dreams about something else when taking orders and can not change the order after making a mistake.

Lazy and rude staff, cheeseburger was smashed and not packed correctly. I would also not recommend to go there if you have to catch train in the next 20min, even if there are just 2 customers in the whole restaurant.

This is the third time I get my order wrong, it seems excessive that it happened in less than 1 month, it looks directly like scam. Mistakes were always to give you less than what you actually paid for, never extra stuff, what a coincidence. This time I ordered my menu and 9 nuggets, they put a box of 6. But they even put 2 BBQ sauce, so I don't understand how can you make that mistake when you already know that you have to put 2 sauces, which automatically implies 9+ nuggets. Will never go back again.

what a pity, I can't go back. I need to rush to the train station and catch my train to Zürich. I ordered BigMac Sandwich without Onion, without Cocumber and 3 extra cheese. Surprisely I got my order, Bigmac without Onion, without Cocumber, 3 extra cheese and without Salat. Toll! I thought I am the one who cannot understand French but probable maybe also the Kitchen crew😒 also
