The worst experience ever in my life!!! I went to the Emergency because of Bartholin’s gland abscess. The staff charged me for a 2-minute conversation with a doctor (which I didn’t ask for), who basically told me that he could do nothing. Even worse, the nurses at the reception desk knew from the beginning that they didn’t have a gynecologist that can treat me. I was in intolerable pain almost lying on the floor, however, the doctors and nurses showed no empathy and only wanted my money. I finally went to CHUV and had a successful surgery and nice service there. Never ever in my life would I step into this horrible clinic again.

One of the best decisions I made was choosing Clinique Cecil for the birth of our first child. Childbirth is an experience in itself which is stressful enough, but at the Cecil Clinic, you immediately feel, from the start, perfectly taken care of. All the staff were very friendly, attentive and kind throughout our stay and it felt like everyone was very knowledgeable and enjoyed doing their job. During your stay at this clinic you forget that you are in a clinic and instead feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spectacular and offer breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The food is worthy of a Michelin star and there are so many extras (special romantic dinner for new parents, many gifts for mom and newborn, ...), which make those first days with your child even more special. A big thank you to the entire Clinique Cecil team! This experience would not have been the same without your kindness and competence.

Several operations for my husband and me. Regained the ability to “walk” after an accident, 5 mornings a week for 2 years.

I called this morning to the maternity service to see if they could took over an emergency I face due to my pregnancy. The lady that replied was extremely rude to me (to say the least), she wouldn't even let me finish my phrase and finally she hang up the phone in my face when I asked to be more polite. Very poor service for a private clinic

We chose the Cecil maternity ward to welcome our first child and the stay largely lived up to our expectations! We were accompanied by an incredible medical team, who were kind, listened to us and guided us throughout. We always had open and enlightened communication which allowed us to experience this moment fully and without stress despite the unforeseen events. The rest of the stay was perfect, both in terms of hotel quality and care. THE Dad was able to stay the whole time, which was much appreciated. We were very well supervised and supported in the first days with our child. An available and always present team that we thank once again for everything!

Un personnel sympathique, professionnel et attentif aux demandes du patient. Un équipement et des techniques modernes. Des chambres agréables et fonctionnelles. D'excellents repas. Je ne peux que recommander cette clinique.

Le personnel de soin est compétent, à l'écoute, disponible et plein d'humour. La nouriture est digne des "Grandes Tables". Si on ne parlait pas d'hospitalisation, je dirai que ce séjour fut des vacances ... Merci à toutes les collaboratrices et tous les collaborateurs de cet établissement médical.

Je n'ai rien contre la Clinique Cecil ... En revanche, une certaine Madame Kumin (gynécologue) et sa secrétaire sont exécrable. Elles n'ont aucune compassion pour la patientèle , sont hautaine et pas du tout arrangeantes. Elles n'admettent pas leurs erreurs et font un travail bâclé.

A more than unfriendly reception in the emergency room where the girl at reception was contemptuous and dishonest! I'm posting my comment because it was deleted. Insured privately, I was practically kicked out of the Cécil clinic even though I had a large staphylococcus on my hand, telling me that I had to go to Flon! I am PRIVATELY insured, you have no right to refuse me care. It was October 2 or 3. Change the nurse at reception because her lack of professionalism and rudeness risks getting you into trouble... apparently she's not the only one! Do you have to be a terrible and mean person to work for you?

Je ne peux que recommander cette clinique. Tout a été parfait durant mon séjour, que ce soit de la prise en charge, de l'opération et des traitements qui ont suivis. Pour la première opération de ma vie, une véritable chance d'être traité dans cette clinique. Tout a été parfait pendant ces quelques jours.

Séjour agréable, équipe à l'écoute, prestations hôtelières dignes d'un Hôtel. Merci.

Lors de mon séjour pour une intervention au niveau de l'aorte et valve mitral, j'étais très bien accueilli. La visite régulière des médecins et personnel soignant est remarquable et rassurante. La propreté des installations, ainsi que la qualité de l'alimentation fournie est parfaite. Si je devrait retourner pour un nouveau traitement, je le ferai en toute confiance.

Quel personnel médical ! Je viens d’être hospitalisé 3 jours pour une opération chirurgicale. Les infirmières et les infirmiers du 3ème étage ont été exceptionnels. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Les repas avaient l’air très bons (j’avais un régime spécial donc pas pu goûter). Seul bémol,la réception, pas très aimable ni avec moi à mon arrivée,ni avec les différents visiteurs.

Césarienne programmée en janvier, tout était au top, le personnel de la maternité, de la salle d’opération et salle de réveil. Séjour inoubliable et repas excellents ! Je recommande à toutes les mamans ;)! Merci ! Clémence Brocard

Une prise en charge rapide et efficace. Une équipe professionnelle et très sympathique, un vrai bonheur d'être soignée par ces personnes. Les repas délicieux et équilibrés sont un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement.

J'ai été très contente de mon séjour à la clinique Cecil.. Heureusement la clinique Cecil a été d accord de m opérer à la clinique Cecil avec le chirurgien du CHUV. J'ai eu une grosse intervention au poumon. Ce n a été pas facile pour moi. Mais j'ai eu vraiment la chance. J'ai eu un excellent chirurgien. Il est vraiment passionné par son métier. Je n aurais pas pu trouver mieux. Et aussi le médecin traitant de l étage a été très gentil, compréhensif et compétant. Les infirmières du jour et nuit ont été toujours très gentil, serviable et patient. J'ai vraiment eu énormément de chance et je tiens à dire merci à tout le monde qui de sont occupés de moi.... JE VOUS REMERCIE DE TOUT MON COEUR. Vous m'avez rendu mon séjour aussi agréable que possible Aussi un grand merci aux personnes qui ont apporté les repas.....

Extremely poor service if not patient neglect. I went to see a neurologist and after some front and back we agreed a spinal tab would be the appropriate next step. We have now for a full month tried to get a neuro radiologist to reach out to me for an appointment. Not an actual procedure - just getting an appointment. Still after 1 month and several emails to the neurologist this has still not been possible. It is simple patient neglect. I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there.

I went to have a scan at their place, the place wasn't very welcoming, but above all I had to wait several days to get the results (which should have been ready the next day normally), and I had to follow up several times and come search for the results myself although I was almost unable to move around. (They wanted to send them by mail, so even longer….)

Ambulatory surgery center: cold, hostile and aggressive reception from the North African receptionist. Not at all what we expect from the Cecil Clinic.
