I can never thank enough the staff of this center who supported me for a year through each stage of PMA. Thanks to you, I never lost hope or a smile. The nurses are simply extraordinary, remember your name and your background at each appointment, have a smile and the right word at the right time. The doctors are very good and reassuring, all of them. Everything is well explained, well followed. Easy to reach and have a quick appointment. Cutting-edge technology and a modern center. I can only recommend! Thank you for your magic, without you, all this would not have been possible. Saying goodbye to you moved me. So see you soon ! The attitide and approach they have is not appropriate. Patient is not always treated with respect, they are not well organised and often give different responses to the patient (depending on the employee you talk to), had the impresssion I was a number and for that amount of money and the problem you have when going to this type of clinic, I expect a better relationship. I am not even going to mention the mistakes made by nurses after one emergency and an embryo retreivall. Also when the clinic is closed you have nobody to call.A big thanks to dr. Targa but the score I'm giving is the result of not carring and not wanting to improve. Don't recommend.

Les médecins sont compétents, mais la communication entre les services dans le centre est catastrophique. Il faut toujours vérifier derrière et corriger ce que dit l'infirmière, qui ne correspond souvent pas aux directives du médecin etc. Durant le traitement, vous serez traitées par 3 médecins différents qui ne partagent pas les informations. De plus, le médecin principal nous annonce à la fin du traitement, et ce malgré tous les tests possibles au vert, que la médecine n'est pas assez avancée pour comprendre pourquoi ma femme ne tombe pas enceinte (après plus de 18'000 CHF dépensés!!!). C'est l'infirmière qui annonce de manière indifférente quand un transfert ne fonctionne pas, puis aucune nouvelle après l'échec total du traitement...

A big thank you to this center with competent, respectful and very human doctors, who offer quality support and manage to continuously transmit motivation. The nurses and secretaries are attentive, smiling and help to make each consultation as pleasant as possible in a difficult context. The follow-up, sometimes distributed between several doctors, is very well organized. We were able to make our dream come true and are very grateful for it.

Des pratiques douteuses, qui se rapprochent plus d’un business TRÈS lucratif que de la vraie médecine. !!! Attention! Renseignez-vous bien sur les tarifs des prestations, qui passent du simple au triple si vous n’êtes plus remboursé par l’assurance maladie!!!!! Si si, pour le même acte!!! Surprise!!! Merci au CPMA de nous avoir fait perdre des sommes astronomiques sans aucun résultat.

I highly recommend CPMA. All doctors and nurses are very professional and empathetic. I felt very good and comfortable as of day 1. They take you carefully through every step of the process. It was one of my best decisions to go to CPMA!

Thanks to CPMA Lausanne and my great gynecologist, Dr. Bachelard, Nyon, I am now 22 weeks pregnant after the 2nd transfer. We are so very happy and grateful for this. Thank you!!!!!

On vous prend de haut et le suivi est catastrophique. Vous passez d’un médecin à l’autre et tous se contredisent. Ce centre est intéressé par le profit uniquement. N’y allez pas.

Thank you CPMA for your exemplary follow-up… Receptionists, caregivers, nurses and doctors attentive, human and very competent. Always available, never had to reschedule an appointment. Excellent communication and support even in the most complicated moments. I recommend your center 300%, thanks to you we were able to realize our dream: that of becoming parents!

Après avoir été "suivie" par la PMA du Chuv pendant une année, j'affirme que la prise en charge à la CPMA est magnifique. La docteure Targa est très douce, pleine de tact, et pas avare en informations. Ça change du Chuv!! La déco est bien + joviale et agréable. Je recommande à 100% Juste, si l'infirmière pouvait éviter de parler de ses gosses pendant la prise de sang, ce serait mieux. J'ai pas du tout apprécié!!!

Toute l'équipe du CPMA Lausanne est vraiment super et nous avons toujours été bien traités et reconnus par l'ensemble du staff toujours avec sourires.

To be honest watching all this reviews make me scared to go there check!!!!! no trust anymore

I came out of this first and last appointment in tears. Without having done any test, either at home or at my husband's, it was explained to me that I could not get pregnant because of my weight (BMI of 38 whereas in this center, only one is admitted. BMI of 35 to maximize the chances of success). When my husband still told the doctor that we already had a child for whom I fell pregnant quickly and without help, we were told “ah well it’s like you won the lottery”. No test had been carried out and I was kindly offered to make an appointment at an obesity center. After weeks of guilt, we decided to do tests elsewhere. The result is good, everything is fine with me, but with my husband, it needs a helping hand. I find it absolutely scandalous to make such a speech in 2023, especially for a doctor who has not done a test on either person in the couple. If obesity were the main factor in infertility, I assume that Americans would not be able to have children and that there is no CPMA in their country... while adding that centers abroad would have catastrophic results. In short, the cruel lack of empathy, professionalism and support is scandalous for a center that wants to have such a reputation in Switzerland.

The support at CPMA is extraordinary! The welcome at the center is warm and we feel very surrounded by each member of the team, which makes this painful PMA journey “softer”. We feel that everyone is deeply committed to helping us realize our dearest desire. The doctors are all very competent but also all caring and empathetic (I was followed by Doctor Pradervand and Doctor Wirthner who were great with us. My husband saw Doctor Micol). They took the time to explain each of their decisions to us. As for the nurses, they are also all incredible: always smiling and listening and remembering us. Always gentle in announcing transfer results. Concerning the practical organization, the secretariat is very easily reachable and it is easy to obtain appointments quickly. Communication between nurses, doctors and psychologists is excellent. The principle of having a referring doctor and having certain appointments with other doctors in the center works very well. The setting is welcoming, everything is done to make you feel at your best (painting exhibitions, water, coffee machine)!

After 2 years of PMA with a private doctor in Geneva, we made the decision to come to the CPMA in order to increase our chances of success and to have better follow-up. It was the best decision since we had a positive test after the first embryo transfer. A huge thank you to the entire CPMA team for their excellent follow-up and particularly to Dr Pradervand for his kindness and availability.
