Le canard au gingembre était parfaitement cuit, épicé et les légumes pareil. Riz cantonnais au top et pareil pour les beignets et les steamed dumplings (pas de photo je me suis jeté dessus…. PS: la sauce des dumplings qui n’est pas ordinaire, était très très bonne!!). Quand au service rien à redire, serveur au top très gentil et pro il nous as servis le thé et l’eau en carafe pas de soucis. L’attente était totalement OK sachant la qualité de la nourriture. Point un peu + épineux, le prix. Le canard est a 30 (ou like) les 4 dumplings a 12, les 2 nems a 12 aussi, le petit bol de riz cantonnais a 6… On est pas du tout en centre en ville de Lausanne, un midi, je trouve ca un peu cher comparé a la concurrence en centre… Mais la qualité de la nourriture étant exceptionnelle ainsi que le service au rendez-vous, les 5 étoiles sont méritées!
