Communications worker Greggory stared intimidatingly into my eyes, with just a hint of a flirtatious twinkle, and made me wait for 7 Hours, then said we should go home, as he couldn't be asked.... he found this rather amusing. Overall would not recommend, but food was yummy. Drakob Greggory bites customers!!!!!

I arrived at 11am, redirected from an emergency consultancy at the PMU Flon (relatively fast procedure). I waited until 4pm to see the doctor for 15minutes, after which i had to wait again for him to check with his colleague. 4:51pm i'm still waiting for what seems to be the only treatment room. If your eye is not falling out of its socket, you might have a better shot at getting treated by driving to france, paying a vet under the table and getting at least some kind of treatment before dying of hunger !

Super long waiting time. Even if you have an appointment - still have to wait 30 mins or so. I had to come a few times for my eye treatment and every time it was a different doctor. I understand the agile concept, but not sure if that helps the patient. Sorry for the review in English.

I had to go to the emergency twice in the space of 2 weeks as my right eye was seriously irritated and enflamed. The first time the young doctor said that there was nothing that they could do except clean the eye and hope it calms down. She gave me a simple cleansing treatment for the next 4 months.. After 10 days or pain and clearly no progression I returned to the emergency room. The next young doctor misdiagnosed me with conjunctivitis and gave me medication for this which only made the inflammation worse. My eye now had been irrated and enflamed for 5 weeks. I was lucky enough that my partners aunt is an eye doctor and went to see her in Lucerne. She immediately diagnosed me with severe irritation and dryness due to my pterygium and gave me a treatment of cortisone. In 3 days my eye was fine. It's disappointing to be misdiagnosed twice. I don't think this should have happened especially when the eye was so clearly irritated and dry. I feel the doctors do not give you the attention you need. Nor have the experience to correctly diagnose.

Untrained employees, 3hrs waiting time and Bad treatment. I don’t waste your time here and go to another eye doctor.

The best ophthalmic clinic! Great humane motivated dedicated crew. Treat them with respect, they are all doing a great job. Fantastic equipment of all sorts. Parking is non-existent except for patient drop and pickup. Best option, the Chaudron underground parking. Second best, the Flon then up the Migros escalators plus 10 minutes of walk.

We were scheduled to see Professeur Yan GUEX-CROSIER but ended up being seen by Dr. Passarin, so it wasn't really clear to me why we were referred there and why we waited for this appointment. Dr. Passarin couldn't say or do anything new. Also, promised to see us immediately if we had any issues but when we called her she was too busy to follow up and see us.

I was on 12th April in emergency rooms of this hospital. There was a very kind and patient doctor who was examining me, dre Morgan Udry. I am very thankful for doctors professionalism, patience, commitment and expertise. Finally, I had more detailed check of my eyes, after 7 years and 3 unsuccessful exams (some where even at full professors of ophtamology in my country of origin). It was such a pleasure to be her patient. Also, she was providing very helpful answers on my questions and she was briefly (but in suitable, enough amount) educating me on suspected phenomenon and condition. Thanks a lot to Dre Morgan Udry! She is amazing doctor with whom is very pleasant to interact! I wish your clinic has some way to reward such doctor and recognize great work she is providing. I hope that those reviews are examined and are taken into account!

I was told I would have to wait 4 months for a follow-up appointment!

Very poor services. I arrived with my mother who had a big inflammation and was desperate with the pain in her eye. We spent more than 3 hours and she was not taken even if she was really desperate with the pain. The order of taking the urgencies with priority is not there at all.

I will be glad to share my experience with the hospital, was treated by Dr. Viaccoz and Dr. Schaller, they discovered the root cause and really assisted with the right treatment. Highly recommended for any eye related concerns. Thank you Dr. For gentle treatment.
