Scandalous, my daughter was attacked by a physio, she called me crying on the phone because she accidentally dropped a ball that was plastic, not at all professional even the Secretaries are unpleasant when we make appointments!!! I will take my daughter out of there, I will never have there again

I wasted 3 months suffering with a limping leg, a failing knee and pain, while their so-called specialist, Dr. "mammoth" liquidated me with a physio voucher and a totally bogus diagnosis, and that I had nothing and that it was myself who created this psychologically and what's more, he was extremely complacent. I went to see a real professional who had me do an MRI and it turned out that my meniscus was torn....

Was there for an emergency, they took me quickly, but after 2min they told me, I have to go to another emergency hospital. I regret they could have dispatch me before I did all the registration. Im sure I explained the case clearly at the reception. With their attitude and words I really felt they did it on purpose to register a case and hope to charge it to the issuance . Very sad and scared of the unprofessional health care staff.

Physiotherapists are friendly and motivating

I've been here for 3.5 hours. Over an hour ago i was placed in a consultation room. I still haven't seen anyone. About 30 mins ago I asked if I had been forgotten. I was told there was one person ahead of me still waiting. I've worked in healthcare in the UK, France, Australia and the US. This rates as the worst. Do you think since all the complaints here are about the scandalously long wait they might actually get another doctor or 2?

As for the first time arriving without an appointment, it happened relatively quickly. Appointment scheduled 9 days later at 6:00 p.m. to follow the progress. Arriving at 5:50 p.m., I saw all the patients who arrived after me (except one, the brave one) go to get treatment. Me, after 2 hours of waiting, I asked for my file and left, indicating that I was going elsewhere. Even with an appointment, I am willing to wait 45 minutes, these are emergencies although at reception they made it clear to me that there had been no emergencies, but two hours without having seen a single person, it is unacceptable. They won't see me there again.

Very unfriendly reception. Very very unpleasant with my companion who was between life and death. Not even an ENT!!! Fortunately, after this episode, the CHUV was there to save Alija. We will never set foot in Vidy’s office again!

Very good gastroenterology service in 50 minutes, it is done with very kind and gentle staff and doctors. My gastroscopy went very well and without any problems. I slept very well and felt nothing.

Antibiotics are prescribed to a pregnant woman without testing. When in doubt, we went to the emergency room and had a completely different diagnosis and no need for antibiotics at all.

Scandalous, the worst clinic I have ever set foot in, the nurses and the receptionist was nice, but then the doctor "Dr Aurélie Butscher" received me very coldly from the start I felt prejudice towards me, which was later confirmed she did not listen to what I said to her and my clearly made it clear that she didn't believe in my pain, I even had at the end a "but what are you doing here" I felt like I was in a court and not in a clinic. A shame, a person like that should not work in a profession of this importance. And I won't talk about the long wait while the nurses and the doctor in question laugh and chat right next to each other.

The place to avoid! Dr. Léonard lacks competence, does not listen, incorrect diagnosis, prescribed physio has made things worse, the secretaries are contemptuous
