am
a
client
of
CHD
for
a
couple
of
years
first
GVA
and
now
Lausanne
for
around
4
years
which
is
why
I
decided
to
continue
to
visit
CHD
Lausanne
even
after
I
moved.
I've
always
had
great
experiences
until
recently:
I
originally
booked
my
appointment
with
a
hygienist
which
has
been
cancelled
20
min.
before
the
MTG,
which
was
unfortunate
since
I
have
a
30
min.
drive
however
-
can
happen..
I
had
booked
a
caries
treatment
with
a
fissure
sealing
and
a
hygienist
appointment.
they
didn't
register
my
name
change
although
mentioned
3
times
already,
which
led
them
to
thinking
I
am
not
even
a
client
However
the
person
didn't
book
enough
time
so
I
am
supposed
to
go
back.
Alltough
I
mentioned
that
I
lived
further
away.
The
Hygienist
appointment
was
a
maximum
of
10-15
min.
not
even..which
normally
took
40
min
and
was
much
more
thorough.
It's
very
disappointing
considering
a
hygienist
appointment
is
140.-
It's
very
unfortunate
as
I
now
have
to
get
another
appointment
somewhere
else
do
re-do
the
cleaning
as
it's
not
as
clean
as
should
have
been.
Both
dentist
and
hygienist
were
friendly
however,
it
seems
there
are
some
timely
changes.
If
there
are
-
then
the
change
should
reflect
in
the
price
as
well.
I
wouldn't
have
written
the
review,
however
I
wrote
them
2
emails
requesting
a
proper
detailed
invoice
and
explained
the
matter
and
I
didn't
get
any
response
which
is
most
disappointing
