I am a client of CHD for a couple of years first GVA and now Lausanne for around 4 years which is why I decided to continue to visit CHD Lausanne even after I moved. I've always had great experiences until recently: I originally booked my appointment with a hygienist which has been cancelled 20 min. before the MTG, which was unfortunate since I have a 30 min. drive however - can happen.. I had booked a caries treatment with a fissure sealing and a hygienist appointment. they didn't register my name change although mentioned 3 times already, which led them to thinking I am not even a client However the person didn't book enough time so I am supposed to go back. Alltough I mentioned that I lived further away. The Hygienist appointment was a maximum of 10-15 min. not even..which normally took 40 min and was much more thorough. It's very disappointing considering a hygienist appointment is 140.- It's very unfortunate as I now have to get another appointment somewhere else do re-do the cleaning as it's not as clean as should have been. Both dentist and hygienist were friendly however, it seems there are some timely changes. If there are - then the change should reflect in the price as well. I wouldn't have written the review, however I wrote them 2 emails requesting a proper detailed invoice and explained the matter and I didn't get any response which is most disappointing

I have recently moved to Switzerland from the UK and I have been amazed by the dental treatments and procedures. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist and after my third visit to this practice within the past few months I can genuinely say this is the best dental practice I have ever visited. All the staff from the smiling receptionists and friendly dental nurses to the knowledge and experienced dentists are brilliant. They make me feel at ease and the headphones and TV on the ceiling really helps as a distraction. Highly recommend this practice.

Dentist made a fool out of himself, by first complaining that I haven’t come for 2 years, then only wanting to spend 10 minutes on “detartrage” costing 140.-. Wearing a cheap mask from Lidl instead of SPF2 - also not very serious.

Was a short stay overseas visitor to Lausanne when I had some tooth problem. Tried several clinics in Lausanne on the phone but CHD is the only one responded in English. The clinic was very clean and the dentist Dr. Marin explained thoroughly the cause of toothache. I would highly recommend to any English speaking visitor with an urgent tooth problem. Thank you, Dr. Marin and CHD team at Lausanne! You saved me from having disastrous time in Lausanne!

I have been visiting CHD Lausanne on several occasions and I have great impressions! They have great hygienist dre Shara who is having time to answer all your questions, moreover she stops her hygienist routine and demonstrate and educate you about the health of your mouth! Nothing less impressive is dental surgeon dr Abouayoub. He was very effective and greatly communicated every step when it comes to painless wisdom teeth extraction! Lastly, I need to express many thanks to my dentist dre Penas, she has an excellent eye to spot even smallest problems. She let me known about priorities, she explained and educated me about treatment done and she was very welcoming to some specific requirements! Thanks to this team's expertise and work, I feel my dental health has improved. I am very happy I found them, I do not need or want to change them at all!

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience today at this dental clinic. I booked my appointment 1.5 month in advance, got in touch with the employee, Daniele, who conveniently offered me ideal day and time (gladly can provide emails as a proof upon request). As I arrived 20 minutes in advance to my appointment, I had to learn from her colleagues that my booking never went through and dear Daniele did not bother to proceed any further than just the emails. I greatly appreciate that you wasted my time. It appears that nowadays making appointments in advance is pointless as they will be either way disregarded, or perhaps it is just this specific establishment. Moreover, no alternative solutions were offered on the spot. The professional incompetency is beyond understanding. Once again, I would like to thank the staff members and, of course, Daniele, for carelessness and complete inconsideration of one’s personal time.

I had a great experience and the hygienist took her time to professionally explain every step of the procedure. Keep up the good work!
