after years of using ardentis flon- I finally left to find an office with better customer service. apparently, i had over paid my bill TWO years ago and thankfully, though I wanted to try another dentist, I had made an appointment with Ardentis flon and they told me i had a surplus of a few hundred francs. If I hadn't made an appointment with them, I never would have known- they certainly never told me of this surplus and I would have lost that money. After going to my appointment and asking the very nice receptionist why and how this happened and if they could reimburse me, she told me they would get back to me to let me know how that could happen (very unprofessional and certainly not in good faith or trust) and then after calling a few days later- I still have no answer and no information and no reimbursement of my money. Personally, I find it hard to trust a dental office that works in this way. So I will not go back, hopefully I will get my money back- but I won't take the chance in using their services again. In addition, my son tried to make an appointment for months, and was told there were no appointments for him and to check back in three months. That also seems strange but I understand, after using them for quite a few years- that the lack of personal attention, customer service and courtesy for clients just doesn't work for us.

After neglecting to go to dentist for more than a decade, I had various treatments over the past year (filling several cavities, a root canal treatment, wisdom teeth extraction). I was always satisfied with the results and never had any problems afterwards. This is as pleasant as it gets going to the dentist. I would especially like to thank Dr. Stenger and the team around him for the excellent work.

Fantastic doctors and very caring staff! After a lot of problems with implants in the US, I am really changing my mind - implants are great when done by great doctors. Special thanks to Dr Mesquita - she is my family doctor now:-). I recommend Ardentis hands down. Andre

I would like to thank Dr Marc El Hage and his team for the excellent service they provided when I needed emergency treatment whilst visiting Lausanne. They provided a professional and caring service. Dr Marc had perfect english and clearly communicated the problem and my treatment needs. They even followed up with a courtesy call to check that I was OK. I would highly recommend.

I removed all 4 wisdom teeth thanks to the good work of Dr Esteban Gonzalo. They were all really professional and the work of the Dr was perfect. My wisdom teeth were super hard to extract but for the kind of operation the recovery was fast and without complications. Recommended :)

It wasn't easy to find a dental clinic which is open during the holidays, so I was happy to find this place for the urgent need. The appointment was done and confirmed within a few minutes online and mine was available the next day. Service was fast and professional. The price was reasonable. There was a bit of wait, but I find it's normal for a clinic that offers emergency services as well. I highly recommend this place.

I would like to recommend the Ardentis Clinic (Flon) and thank Dr Gonzalo Esteban for his excellent work and care extractions , implants and post operatory attention. The experience with the whole staff was very satisfactory.

The clinic offers and delivers professional dentist services in a very nice environment @ Flon in Lausanne. The clinic is equipped with state of the art technology. The dentists i met are super friendly, experienced and they speak multiple language like french, english and german. Special and more complex treatments are executed by specialists with high quality and minimum of pain ;)

Everyone very professional in a safe environment, they can help in anything dental related and definitely will be coming back (hopefully just a couple of times a year).

My treatments & experiences were ok here. Nothing unpleasant. Central location. Though I guess it’s on the more expensive side.
