ardentis
flon-
I
finally
left
to
find
an
office
with
better
customer
service.
apparently,
i
had
over
paid
my
bill
TWO
years
ago
and
thankfully,
though
I
wanted
to
try
another
dentist,
I
had
made
an
appointment
with
Ardentis
flon
and
they
told
me
i
had
a
surplus
of
a
few
hundred
francs.
If
I
hadn't
made
an
appointment
with
them,
I
never
would
have
known-
they
certainly
never
told
me
of
this
surplus
and
I
would
have
lost
that
money.
After
going
to
my
appointment
and
asking
the
very
nice
receptionist
why
and
how
this
happened
and
if
they
could
reimburse
me,
she
told
me
they
would
get
back
to
me
to
let
me
know
how
that
could
happen
(very
unprofessional
and
certainly
not
in
good
faith
or
trust)
and
then
after
calling
a
few
days
later-
I
still
have
no
answer
and
no
information
and
no
reimbursement
of
my
money.
Personally,
I
find
it
hard
to
trust
a
dental
office
that
works
in
this
way.
So
I
will
not
go
back,
hopefully
I
will
get
my
money
back-
but
I
won't
take
the
chance
in
using
their
services
again.
In
addition,
my
son
tried
to
make
an
appointment
for
months,
and
was
told
there
were
no
appointments
for
him
and
to
check
back
in
three
months.
That
also
seems
strange
but
I
understand,
after
using
them
for
quite
a
few
years-
that
the
lack
of
personal
attention,
customer
service
and
courtesy
for
clients
just
doesn't
work
for
us.
