U-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-b-l-y unfriendly staff, aggressive tone. The manager has come into the men's room on several occasions and told people off like school boys when there is a puddle on the floor, or the facility is about to close. Several people have told me that they would avoid the Rue de Geneve facility because of that in the future, and I think I shall be one of them. Otherwise great facility (2 stars for that), bummer. The Let's Go below the train station is great. Invariably friendly staff and equally great facility.

Nice place, gets a bit too crowded at certain hours, but generally speaking it's well equipped and spacious enough for a comfortable session. Would be nice to be able to login in to Wi-Fi anonymously, without having to use facebook or Twitter account..

When I was chosing the packet they said me that I have option with quarterly payment and that I can pause the membership fee in case of pregnancy. That was great for me and I chose that. That was in October 2020. I went normally until they didn't close because of Covid-19 from December to 2nd part of April 2021. In January I got pregnant and from the May until now I am trying to "pause" my membership because they are asking from me to pay everything (for the whole year: from 20.10.20.-20.10.21.)although I went just max 2 months and guess what? The "quarterly payment" for them means that you need to pay everything in first for months, 4 consecutive monthly installments! So now I have "debt" which I need to pay in total and "pause" the membership. For months I am trying to speak with somebody, I am writting, calling, sending emails but nothing. Everyones ignore me without any explanation, so I feel cheated and deceived and left straned in it. Also, no one knows and / or wants to speak English and and the employees whose contacts I have are extremely rude, uninterested and unprofessional. They just don't care to call you, answer you ans listen to you... I am speechless! And I just want to end everything with them, ones for all.

Terrible quality of sound in the group class. You don’t hear the music properly not the trainer. Good impression of the group class, but because of sound i am not returning. In the gym area the air is not fresh

I thought Arcade was one of the worst gym but hey this one got my attention to write down a review about their employee "a Swiss-African" who act very cheap. He once told me that I only have the right to fill up my bottle water for only two times and just like other reviews he act low profile, he doesn't have respect for their costumers. Once I forgot my perfume with my other stuff and in my return he told me a very weird story which was stolen by someone else and when I asked him if he remembered the thief.. he kept his silence and looked down, just like liars.

Staff is amazing; place is huge, cardio, group training, bodyweight, powerlifting, bodybuilding, they have pretty much everything for everyone.

Unfriendly staff, first trial course cost CHF25. Otherwise the gym looked nice.

It's unreasonably expensive, there isn't that much expenses for this business, why they are trying to scam people with that kind of prices, i don't understand, it's also other companies mistakes, the competition is the price determinative but seems doesn't exist is Suisse.

Friendly staff and love the fact that they have two saunas but the place itself is unfortunately very rundown. Furniture, mats, chairs and the walls could do with a refresh!

vert friendly staff and airy,pleasant gym area. Would be nice to have more staff on hand to help as needed ( they are usually at the reception desk) to check people are doing movements correctly . Personally I would sometimes Iike to have some brief advice,but there is no one around in the machines area.
