Love that i can just have a coffee and tune in one of my meetings. Great environment, very close to the shops.

The coffees and drinks are always of utmost excellence. The staff are very friendly and tentative and make your visit perfect every time. The environment is nice and chilled out, my only issue is I wish there were a few more softer seats. Other than that, I love going here! :)

Professional hygiene is not applied. Staff wiped out coffee drops on client's cup with the same cloth they used for cleaning the coffee station. After washing hands, a staff did not dry her hands well and then the water dropped from her hands into a cup of coffee. Tables are not cleaned to welcome next clients. Most of the time, we sat with used mugs and dirty tissues on the table. Toilets are not clean and smelly.

Starbucks standard. Good place to have your quick work.

The team this afternoon was particularly nice! Thanks for the great drinks and smile as well as recommandations on the holiday season drinks. We had a great time!

The staff are slow and incompetent. The restaurant dirty. Ordered 2 grande seasonal coffees and was given the liquid equivalent of a tall. Asked for the barista to fill the cup and he refused. Paid for whipped cream and received the most meager portion. Also ordered to drink inside but received a paper cup with the excuse that they had run out of China mugs. Very sustainable. Coffee itself was tasteless and luke warm. All in all Starbucks quality has fallen considerably. Avoid.

Nice location in the heart of Lausanne, spacious inside room, efficient staff. I appreciate that they’ have switched to non plastic straws but the one offered now give a bad taste to your favorite drink… and my cinnamon roll that was heated up smelled like a cheese croissant. The oven probably transferred the taste from a previous order.

Big space and has power outlet for anyone want to complete his tasks Selection of food are also nice with good selection of food that have meet or without meet. All available. But it was little bit warm 🥵 till someone open the windows and become great atmosphere.

I ordered via app, as they promote on all their tables. I waited for 10 minutes and I could see no one had started preparing my order. Clients started coming so I decided to go and ask about my order. The girl there said in a very unbothered way that she’ll start doing it now, after preparing other orders before mine. No excuses, no nothing. Horrible service and staff

Asked for a flat white, got a black americano instead. Came back in 5 min to ask again for the flat white, expected apology and a freshly prepared coffee. Instead, the serving team proposed just to add milk in my cold black americano. Covered back with the same used lid with spilled coffee traces. No apologies at all. I am disappointed.

Disappointing experience, the lady who made the coffee was unfriendly and smacked everything while she was making the coffee. That attitude didn’t help with the coffee’s taste and of course the coffee was terrible. For this price I would expect better service :)

The cookies and cream frappuccino was terrible

Called my friends and I “stupid Americans” not knowing that we could speak French. Really didn’t understand the point of that comment given that we didn’t do anything wrong.

It's a shame that there is no table to enjoy a coffee and a slice of cake because all the tables are occupied by people that had a coffee an hour ago and are now on their laptops studying or doing something else without consuming anything else. This should be controlled with some sort of time limit depending on your order.
