We ordered home delivery, gave all the info (other delivery ppl find us easily).Delivery guy couldn’t find us, didn’t listen to our directions given again over the phone and forced us to go out and stand on the street to wait for him. We waited for 10 min and he didn’t even come! We call the Resto just to learn that the delivery dude lied to the Resto that he came and tried to call us but we didn’t pick the phone. Place to avoid with poor customer service.

So this was my very first 1 star review (see below) and I felt like I should give them another chance now that I know what a "French Taco" is supposed to be. I ordered again, asked for delivery on their website which still does not work, wrote everywhere my flat number, floor number, details about how to get to my place (which is very easy to find), door code, all the stuff. Again the delivery guy was just handed a tiny little note of paper with none of the information that I entered on the website. About 1h20 after the order he called me because he couldn't find the place and I guided him to my flat. He wasn't grungy like last time but he asked for money. And I had already paid by credit card on their website. He called their central location to confirm that I had paid, even though I printed the bill and showed it to him. Giga Tacos are a bunch of incapable muppets stuffing soggy pitta bread with disgusting grease and leftover cat-food. Slow, COLD and pure incompetence. This is what you get. I did it twice just to make this review fair. Please never ever get to any of their locations, they are rude and incapable of understanding what food is supposed to be. First review: "Ordered through their own website filling all the fields (floor nb, door code, no elevator, etc). Delivery driver calls me telling me he can't find my place and was irritated he had to climb stairs and told me I didn't fill the form correctly on their barely functioning website. For the food, maybe I should have checked on wikipedia what a French Taco was beforehand because it is just nonsense and gross. Even after having read the definition and understood what it was supposed to be, what they brought me was just a greasy inedible, cold and lumpy, leaky sack of garbage."

This was the worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered to take out, the delivery man made me come down out of my apartment to get the food on the street, is the point of ordering take out not to have the food DELIVERED your door? The man was RUDE and PERVERTED, blowing smoke and spit in my face. The FOOD WAS HORRENDOUS. NO TASTE and the food was NOT FRESH. I am now suffering from food poisoning, thanks @gigatacos. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

Amazing tacos, it's nice cause you can put anything you want inside. I'd put 5 stars if the staff was friendly. I have to say, they were cold and unfriendly sooooo that sucks.

The falafel tasted like it was very old and spoiled and the Taco was too sweet. Delivery took more than an hour. Would not order again!

Decent tacos for an affordable (by swiss standards) price. Variety of meat and sauces.

Delivered at home: disgusting food. Ignore it and go eat somewhere else.

Disappointed so disappointed it’s the worst quality taco ever they put som king of meet that I haven’t even asked for. I have tried it 2 times it’s horribles plus when you pay for a Coca Cola they deliver a low coca brand a copy without letting me know anyway I don’t remand this place

Shop doesn't accept credit or bank cards which is almost unthinkable in these days. TWINT only to a non-business account. My son had to run back home to fetch cash.

Excellent tacos! The taste, the quantity and the price! It's just unbelievable! Would definitely come back!
