Do not come here. We arrived late at night, and didnt get the room that we have booked. When we went to the reception to ask about it, the owners told us to pay now or leave now (it was very late at night). He was very rude. Terrible experience. Dont go there!

Auf der Durchreise eine Nacht im Hotel zur Post verbracht. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon bezogen. Sehr gut geschlafen! Esser gut, Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Servicekräfte sehr nett und aufmerksam. Immer wieder gerne. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Bad bad expriance!!! We booked for a room with a balcony and got a room without one, a differnet shower than the photos (very very different- looks bad) when we got to the reception to talk about it, the in charge there was very rude.and unpolite- told us to pay now or go now. Dont go there!🤢

What a cool hotel experience. Hotel with character, history, comfortable room, great restaurant, and nice staff. This hotel is off the chart awesome if you are looking for a hotel experience that is a bit more rural.

This hotel was such a perfect place to stay with my family for the weekend! It is located in a quiet and small town with a traditional feel, while being only a couple minutes from the highway. We were able to take day trips to Munich and Salzburg in about 1 1/2 hours each direction so it was perfect for getting to see a little bit of everything. We also got to know the family who owns it and they were so kind and hospitable throughout our entire stay. The staff is hard working and our rooms were clean and felt newly renovated. The food at the restaurant was spectacular and we ended up eating there for almost every meal. Definitely one of our favorite hotels we stayed at during our entire trip! 11/10 would recommend!!

Very nice hotel close to main road. We always stop there for dinner and it is good. The breakfast is also very good.

I'm just want to share my opinion about the restaurant in the hotel, when I get a chance to dining with my friends once a time. There's served the local kitchen and it was really good, service was fast and respectful. For three men's dinner costs 75 euro, including soups, salats, beer and main dishes. Special thanks for friendly personal.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind zum Mittagessen in den Biergarten gegangen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Unser Essen kam sehr schnell, die Portionen sehr groß und sehr lecker. Die Preise sind wirklich günstig für die Qualität.

Insgesamt ein schönes sauberes Hotel,große Zimmer,bequeme Betten und immer frische Landluft.Unsere Kritikpunkte betreffen das sehr lange dauernde Abendessen! 2 Stunden !!Gerne hätten wir etwas Zeit davon für einen Verdauungsspaziergang genutzt,auch das Obst/Gemüse Angebot beim Morgenbuffet war etwas mager und teils noch frostig. Fam.Lüllwitz P.S. Die super Wurst und Fleischwaren aus eigener Metzgerei genießen wir noch zu Hause :-)

Wir waren hier zum Essen. Die Speisen sind sehr gut und frisch gekocht. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Preise gut. Eine echte Empfehlung, wer von der Autobahn eine Pause einlegen möchte.

Wir haben hier auf unserer Fahrt nach Kroatien eine Nacht verbracht. Haben erst ca 2 Stunden vorher angerufen und sofort 2 Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist groß und wohl beliebt als Zwischenstopp nach Kroatien etc Frühstück war auch ok.

Ich war als Kind schon vor 30ig Jahren hier und hatte das Essen und das Hotel noch in guter Erinnerung. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, ist immer noch alle sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren eine Nacht zur Durchreise hier.

Wir waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise im Hotel und alles in allem ist es zu empfehlen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Familienzimmer überraschend groß, hier könnte mal der alte Teppich raus und ein schöner allergikerfreumdlicher Boden rein, zumal Hunde im Zimmer erlaubt sind. Das Abendessen im Biergarten war bodenständig, nichts besonderes, bei der Preislage aber auch nicht zu erwarten. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl sparsam, Obst/Gemüse kam etwas zu kurz, ansonsten aber völlig ausreichend. Wir würden für eine Zwischenübernachtung wieder kommen!

Wir waren Teilnehmer einer Gruppe und 5 Tage im Stammhaus untergebracht. Das große Zimmer mit Blick auf eine mannshohe Balkonverkleidung und das kleine Bad wirkten etwas umständlich. Ein allergiefreunlicher Fußboden wäre angebracht. Das Personal war angespannt freundlich. Verpflegung war gut und ausreichend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden planlos und unnötig getauscht. Betten gut, Kopfkissen nicht. Der Aufenthalt war gut und bleibt trotz einiger Unebenheiten in angenehmer Erinnerung.

Good and very friendly local hotel in a typical Bavarian style. Nothing much to complain about. Very spacious room with a large balcony. Bed was very comfortable and relatively hard pillows (a very good thing). Wide selection of breakfast buffet, which was very tasty. Since it is located in a remote area, it very quiet and provides you the means to relax. Very generous parking options, which are free of charge

Traditional old fashion style Hotel, with a new modern sidebuilding to stay comfortable, fair priced. Food is good and service as well kind and welcome attitude. Easy to find from the highway

Great place for what's billed as a 3 star hotel. Room is spacious and modern with plenty of electrical outlets. We started in the new annex across the street. I don't know what rooms are like in the older, traditional building. Staff is great, and many speak English.

Very nice and comfortable hotel at the very center of a very beautiful village. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pub is very nice and offers authentic Bavarian dishes at very good prices. Highly recommended!

Update January 2023 Stayed here again in a very spacious room. This time we arrived in time for dinner. Great food, very good and fast service! Will definitely return! March 2022 Stopped here for a night on our way to Austria. The bar was still open when we arrived at 22:00 which was perfect to wind down from the long drive. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
