Terrible experience in Montpellier!! Reservation before but was told we need to wait for the table, what’s the use of reservation then! The waitress just let us with no response and speak in their language! Personally the sashimi is not at top and the chef doesn’t wear hairnet. I don't recommend this restaurant!!! Je déconseille fortement se restaurant. Manque de respect.

Wasn’t an authentic Japanese restaurant. The fried food didn’t feel fresh, and the flour coating to meat ratio was quite deceiving. The sushis were also poorly made.

Well located. Reservation is highly recommended especially at nights and the weekends. Serving time might be delayed due to the crowd which leads to long waiting. Good experience overall

Worst sushi ever. The restaurant was not clean and the quality of the food was very bad. They offer 5 rounds of orderes for 22.5 euros but we didn't order any more after the first order. The frying oil they use many many times until it really smells bad. I think most of the high score reviews are fake. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Not a japanese restaurant. Portions of rolls are very very small and full or rice. Miso soup just water no tofu or algue. Salade not there. Very poor variety and no sweets. Too expensive compared to the quality. This will be the first and last time I eat here.

This place has been our only sushi go to in Montpellier. Compared to the bunch we’ve tried this is by far the cleanest and the tastiest. You get a decent amount of choices and you can order as much as you want for a fixed price and there is no limit on how much you can order on the first round (Unlike other places). The staff is quite nice and their service is normally quick. ⚠️Keep in mind though that you should book in advance otherwise you might not get a table.

Very disappointing. The food tasted good, but there were too few vegetarian options. My first order took long to arrive and was incomplete. (I had to re-ask.) The udon looked nothing like the menu illustration. At one point we had no space left for more on the table because empty dishes weren't collected. Surprisingly noisy, so conversation was difficult.

Nice place to eat with friends and in general too, may be noisy if it's full. Tip : call one or two days before to not be surprised if you come in large groups. Another tip: do not order too much on the first round, there is a reason it goes up to five.

Paid 29 euro but could ate hardly 5 euros items. Very limited items particularly vegetarian. To me just waste of my earned money in a foreign country 😪 😒

Pretty decorations, a lot of choices but not too good, taste boring, I can see most of them are frozen food from an Asian supermarket in Montpellier. When u want to eat a lot you can come, when u wanna good food it is not a good choices.

Decent service, nice interior decor... that’s all. Sadly, this is yet another so called “Japanese” restaurant that is not at all, Japanese. Never mind, if they had served tasty, fresh or creative food, then who cares if they’re really Japanese, right? Well, the food was neither tasty (the Udon was over cooked and bland, tasted like it had been made a week ago); not fresh (most of the yakitori dishes were clearly cooked from frozen, makis tasted like they were made a few days ago); not creative (even the fried noodles was just plain noodles with a bit of sesame flavor and soya sauce... not even a bit of spring onion). I am still shocked at two things: the price (at 22.50 per person) and the 4.4 rating on Google Maps. If you are someone who appreciates authentic Asian food, or simply tasty/fresh/creative food, please avoid this place. You’ll be disappointed. If you like cliché “Japanese-style” food that is lying to your face as you eat, whilst your wallet is being emptied, then you have found your perfect spot.

Cool place to hang out with friends, the food is what you would expect from a buffet.

I liked the food and the all you can eat offer. The service didn’t feel great, butto be honest I don’t speak French and I came near closing time. Will come back.
