One of the best homesense’s I’ve been to. Well organized and they have many items I did not see at other homesense stores. So glad I found this place. My top 3 home sense stores in the GMA are Fairview Pointe Claire, Laval/Autoroute 19, and Vaudreuil-Dorion. The 3 together replace the one homesense I miss very much from Toronto that was very large and well stocked

Bought a shirt for my kid..paid it nicely..came home...the kid tried it..to small, 4 days later I go return it....with the original store tag on the shirt and my bill and I was advised that the tag when they scan it does not match the item its on. On top of it I was accused of changing or anything of that tag on the shirt. I was bluntly refused to be refunded of the item I clearly paid for and returned. Things got out of hand and the store insisted its not returnable the item. Let's face it their employee did and wrongfully attached the wrong tag....but I am liable and can't return it thereafter. WHAT A JOKE THAT WAS!!! After 30 minutes of arrogant attitude of a few store employees..maybe even manager...they said we will make a exception and take it. I did not need to be regarded as a exception when it's not the customers fault!!! I am horrified of how that store can be allowed to operate and be so bad to its customers. Basically....shop elsewhere where it's more reliable and they attach the proper tags to their clothes they sell. Don't go there ....I sure won't and have advised others of the same

The lady on the case n 13 was so rude and unprofessional, she checked my personal items in my bag and compared it with my recipes. It was insulting, it make me feel like criminal, I’ve been loyal costumer to Winners during the last 10 years. I never felt like I did today.. She should work as police officer not at customer service.

Very clean and well stocked. The selection is great for both men and women. It can get packed on the weekend but if you go during the week it isn't bad. I find most of my clothing here and at a fantastic price for the quality just have to put in a little effort to find your style of wear.

Clothes are nice but home stuff's are amazing

Good place to shop with good prices no matter what you or your family are looking for. Good employees ready to help and even assist you in putting heavy things in your car. I will say it again there is always good deals and a very good variety of things you will like. And a good fidelity program for loyal customers.

Lisa is the worst client service associate, Unprofessional, unpolite she was yelling at my wife because she stands near the entrance of the male dressing rooms wile she was waiting for me. They should chould train there imployeese how to respect the others.

Gone to winners to find the sandals i was looking for and they don't have it. You can't even buy from winners online. Winners is good only if you don't know what you want and if you're only taking chances for something that will catch your eye. Otherwise better off to go to specific stores of your brand because your store brand will always have your size and color or they can order for you if not available. Winners won't do this for you.

I really liked the Home Sense. Really cool items for Christmas. It was easy to walk through and well organized. Unfortunately, there were SO many people at the cash, I didn't have enough time to wait in line for my purchases.

Unfortunately the product selection this time of the year was not great, a lot of sizes missing, not a big variety of brand names, etc.. also didn’t find the usual bargain price deals.. I am under the impression that the Covid situation maybe affected their logistics.. ?! Didn’t find the usual bargain deals.. a bit disappointed.. hopefully in summer it will be back to the good old days of winners deals!

Nice and neat store. Found some cute T's for me and my hubs. Prices were very reasonable.

Very large store with very large selection of items the staff seems to be on the ball and taking care of a lot of small details which makes the consumers experience very good. There's a large parking right in front of the store for your convenience. Good place. In general.

You can find great deals at winners. We bought two guess suitcases at good price

You never know what you're gonna find . Prices go from really good discounts to questionable. Store can be pretty crowded with people. The line for the cash can be intimidating. However it goes pretty quick due to the number of open cashs.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Chantal “ the director “ of the store refused to sell me 2 lamps. I was going to the cashier and then she stopped to tell me that I have to give the lamps back since she wanted it for someone else and that someone wanted them and was waiting for some help to get the lamps. I told her I took it first and there was no one next to me (she can check out the camera but she refused) she still refused to give me the products and screamed at me. Horrible person!
