Familiarity mixed with charm, attention to detail by the staff and an exquisite restaurant meal with absolutely superb local wines. I open-heartedly recommend a stay in this establishment and a visit to their superb restaurant.

Went in January 2022 and had such a pampered time at this amazing property. Cozy, lovely rooms overlooking its grounds with amazing hospitality and great suggestions for the surrounding area. Highlight was definitely the truffle season that we had the opportunity to enjoy and of course the tasting menu on the ground restaurant blew us away. Even if we didn’t want to dine in, they offered to cook us dishes with any truffles that we had bought at the market not too far away. A gem in this lovely town.

My absolute favourite restaurant in the world. Love this place so much and visit it regularly. The food is incredible and the garden is one of the most tranquil and beautiful places you could wish to enjoy it in.

Over 30 years this hotel has discretely maintained a very high standard. The restaurant is superb, service friendly but very professional. It is great to witness so many younger staff being given a first class training. The newly refurbished rooms are tasteful and hard to fault whilst overall the house, garden and setting remains an oasis of calm

We love the town of Tremolat and this is a gem… we have stayed with them a half a dozen times and it has always been wonderful. We feel pampered and loved. The local restaurants are wonderful and we try to go every year.

I've been several times now, and the place is always great. The atmosphere in particular is so wonderful and the place so beautiful and relaxing. The food is excellent and the hotel is full of charm and quirks.

Incredible! Best food experience in France. Food, presentation and service were all excellent! I speak English and they were able to easily accommodate me. My wife is vegetarian and her dishes were delicious. We visited on a beautiful late August day and sat outside. The prettiest outdoor seating. The tables are shaded by stunning trees. This is a must go place.

This restaurant has what they call a tapas menu, nothing like any tapas you will have stated. In fact it is a menu created with lots of small and delicious dishes and the food changes constantly. They check with you on booking if you have allergies etc and then adapt the menu to your needs. I have been several times and would always go there to take someone out for a special event or to treat a food lover. A beautiful garden terrace in the summer and a cosy restaurant on bad weather days. This comes in my top three of places I would chose to eat at. The hotel is also wonderful and their dinner delicious, The service is first class, friendly and very efficient. This restaurant surprises me every time I go there by the quality and creativity of food served. Prices are not low but not high either and the value for money is excellent.
