Sehr schöner Triumphbogen, der als Übergang zu dem dahinter liegenden Park dient. Bei einer Führung der Touristen Information kann man sogar oben hinauf gehen und eine traunhafte Aussicht genießen.

This small Arc de Triumphe was erected in 1692 instead of one of the old city gates to honor king Louis XIV.

The Arc de Triomphe in Montpellier was built at the end of the seventeenth century during the reign of Louis XIV. It celebrates his victories. The Arc is at the end of rue Foch and is at once a gate to the city and part of the Promenade du Peyrou.

Schöner Bogen mit historischer Bedeutung. Nicht so groß wie in Paris, aber man sollte ihn doch trotzdem anschauen. Man kann gut von dort in die Altstadt spazieren.

Today is a sunny day and we decided to walk up to the Arc de Triomphe. The views were beautiful and many people jogged and walked around.

The Arc the triomphe is a beautiful sight, that is definitely worth visiting. The entrance is about 10€ but free for EU citizens 18-25. You have a stunning view over Paris and can even see the Eifel Tower sparkle at 10pm. The sunset and the atmosphere in the evening is great to watch.

The Arc de Triomphe is an absolute must-see when visiting Paris. Its grandeur and historical significance are awe-inspiring. What truly captivates, though, is the intricate sculptural detail that adorns the arch. These reliefs tell the story of France, from the turbulent days of the French Revolution to the victorious battles of Napoleon. It's a visual journey through the nation's rich history. Don't miss the opportunity to climb the 284 steps to the viewing platform. The panoramic views of Paris from there are breathtaking and provide a unique perspective on this beautiful city.

It looks really nice , but you have to be careful to make a picture of it, because there is traffic and the road is not really separated from the pedestrian way.

An architectural site to view as you pass as there is not anything to view inside.

Beautiful place. Short walk from Place De Comédie. Looks like many cities in France got their own Arc De Triomphe.
