Very nice place to do yoga!! Everyone is kind, the environment is great, the mattress is so clean and smells so good!! If you are like me, begging on yoga and don’t speak french very well, dont worry, the teacher will do everything to help you, and if necessary, she will speak english also!! My favorite teacher there is Anastasia ( Iyengar) and she is amazing, so helpful, very kind and knowledgeable!!

I lovee this studio, the teaching is great, many of the best teachers in Paris! The owner and community are super chill, the real yoga experience! Enjoy the ride! :)

BeYoga is an awesome yoga studio. There are lots of different classes to take and I loved the warm, inclusive atmosphere there. Many of the teachers are bilingual and go out of their way to make sure English-speaking students can follow the class. I will miss this wonderful community that became a second home to me. This lovely studio is my favorite. You walk under the green canopy of wisteria and are always greeted with friendly and jovial moments. The teachers are a wonderful group, all seem to be thoughtfully chosen to give you a wide range of experience in the different styles. When I did not speak French taking class was always a good experience because everyone around is helpful and they really make you feel at home. I always leave there feeling wonderful.

Beyoga Paris is AMAZING! Hands down one of the best studios I have ever practiced at. First of all, it is such a welcoming environment in such a beautiful location with such lovely people who work there! There is truly an ambiance of calm, respect, and friendship among everyone. Also, while I consider myself a yogi, I am still somewhat new to the yoga community (I only really started practicing regularly about 5 months ago). At Beyoga it is clear that the instructors are very experienced, but they are also so understanding and accepting if you are still learning. It is so awesome to come across a place where you can be around people (instructors and clientele alike) who are clearly very talented but who also are down to earth and who truly embody and foster the full experience of yoga that goes beyond the physical aspects. I really feel connected to this place and have only taken 2 classes there so far! One with Anne (Yin, which was so opening for my mind and body and her voice is so relaxing!) and one with Carol (Vinyasa, which was totally transformative and powerful and everything I every hope for in a flow class - I seriously want to go with her to India and follow her to all corners of the earth lol!). Thank you Grégoire for creating this amazing space! Looking forward to taking more classes with you this week and you will forever be my home studio when I come to Paris! :-)

I did a lovely vinyasa class with Daphneé! She was amazing, super kind, funny and helped a lot with alignment. She made a extra effort to also give cues in English when she realized few of us didn’t speak great French. It made me feel like I was on my first teacher training, she made an excellent job carrying on the tradition of yoga! It made me feel more of a traditional vinyasa class, in the best way possible. Merci Daphnee! The studio is a small cute studio! Everyone in the reception was incredible too! And mats are available for rental for $1.

This is my favorite yoga studio in Paris. It feel intimate and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I go back whenever I’m in town.

Such a wonderful, welcoming place to practice 💖 Visiting Paris by myself, Gregiore and the other BeYoga teachers gave me a sense of home and belonging I needed while also providing a fantastic selection of classes for me to try. No matter where I stay when I come back to visit Paris, this is where I will go to practice yoga.

My favorite yoga studio in Southern Paris! A great variety of classes, very good teachers and Grégoire the boss at the welcome desk always adds a little bit of fun and personal exchange, which you don't often find in yoga studios (many take themselves too seriously and students tend to not talk to each other). Some classes are in English and most teachers can adapt if I bring a non-french speaking friend. I warmly recommend!!

BeYoga was the divine choice for our first yoga experience in French. The studio is tucked away and surrounded by vines and feels very magical upon entering. The owner was lovely, welcoming and gracious, and our instructor was knowledgeable, kind and patient in true yogi form. When in Paris I will always return to BeYoga. Thank you for everything! 🙏🏼

BeYoga is a special studio tucked away in a lovely quaint neighborhood. The owner (who has himself studied yoga deeply) puts so much love into the space and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated -- warm tea is even offered before and after class. This Yoga Studio really enriched my time in Paris. There is a great variety of classes for all levels with excellent and kind teachers. Whenever I had questions, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The amenities are cozy and clean. Coming to the studio always made me feel welcome and relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the benefits of the befree subscription, that allows you to take an unlimited amount of classes at a fixed price.
