Absolutely amazing restaurant. It is our favourite restaurant in Paris moving forward. My fiancé and I randomly discovered this restaurant one night and it was so good that we went for three straight days! The staff are all very friendly, the food is delicious and gourmet, and the restaurant has such a nice vibe. The street it is on is also very lively and it was such an amazing experience all around. In our three dinners here we were able to order a bunch of different dishes, I would highly recommend the duck confit, and the king prawns, as well as a very generously large aperol spritz. They also have excellent appetizers in escargots, French onion soup, and a shrimp salad. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Paris.

A bit pricey for what you get but tasty nonetheless. Mushroom fondue for two people cost us 53 euros, plus drinks around 5 euros each (feels too much for a packaged green tea). The fondue was tasty and we don't regret going here, but can't say it was something magnificent. The place is rather crowded so if you want to make sure you will have a table, it is better to make a reservation. However, the service is a highlight of the place, the waiters were incredibly friendly and the whole place has this French atmosphere. Overall, a good restaurant in Paris if you are ever in the Pantheon - Sorbonne area.

Visited this place last week during the weekend trip to Paris. Cute little place in the Latin quarter. The fondue savoyarde was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice, too.

An absolute favourite bistrot here on the vibrant Rue Mouffetard in Paris. Excellent food served in a small friendly bistrot. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Even on short breaks we eat here more than once. Can’t recommend it enough…

This place has the cutest interior and the loveliest server! The old man was very patient with us and has such a personality! We had a lot of things, but the highlight was the boeuf bourguignon! Would absolutely recommend this as a lunch stop for those walking down here!!

Le Vieux Bistrot was excellent. The food was great, as was the service. Price was good for the food/service. Nice group of people running the restaurant. If we lived in Paris, we'd go back all the time!

Unbeatable fondue and raclette!!! Surprisingly the steak tartare is so delicious as well. No doubt with the quality of onion soup. A highly recommended local bistro.

Two consecutive days we had dinner here. 1st dinner was beef that you grill yourself. Been to Japan multiple times, never thought that there would be comparison to them when it comes to tender melt in your mouth wagyu beef, but this place did. Second night was confit/duck and beef burgeneon… oh man… they are the best in this part of town. That explains the line every time we came here. Vlady waited our table because we know only little French. Excellent accomodation

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dining at this charming family-owned restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel like we were enjoying a meal in the comfort of our own home. The highlight of our evening was undoubtedly the Raclette, a delightful culinary adventure that not only satisfied our taste buds but also provided an entertaining spectacle as we watched the cheese melt before our eyes. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the friendly and attentive staff. Their genuine warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. It's evident that this restaurant is not just about serving delicious food; it's about creating lasting memories and fostering a sense of community. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to enjoy exceptional food in a cozy and welcoming environment, this family-owned gem is a must-visit. It's not just a restaurant; it's a haven where you can share wonderful moments with your loved ones. We left with full stomachs and hearts, eager to return for another delightful dining experience.

If you’re looking for an authentic raclette experience in Paris, look no further! My family has been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Also, the service is always great and the staff is very friendly. We tried the tart Tatin last time and it was also very good! Do yourself a favor and come over as soon as possible.

c'est parfait! I came here 4 years ago with my family. My grandmother (82 y/o at the time), a typical northern-italian woman who usually cooks delicious food, said this was one of her best dinner in a lifetime. Today I came back here with my boyfriend and all can I say is: nothing has changed! 5/5 ♥

Updated review 2023! We loved this place so much on our last visit we returned to try the Raclette and were not disappointed. Still the same cute neighborhood bistro with excellent food and service. Make your reservation now! 2022 review: After spending the past day and a half traveling and experiencing the worst in airport/airplane food and service, this tiny restaurant in the Latin quarter was just what we needed. We made a reservation for 6PM, right when they opened, and the place filled right up, so be sure to reserve your table. The escargot were perfect. The duck confit and boeuf bourginon were delicious. Excellent wine selection, friendly service. Highly recommend this adorable restaurant!

Lovely little Bistro in Quartier Latin, calm ambience and very friendly service! We ordered the Fondue savoyarde aux 3 fromages, which came with bread and a little sidedish of baked potatoes, speck and salad. More than enough cheese and absolutely delicious! For dessert we had an amazing mousse au chocolat (the Chef brought it to our table himself). We also drank a 50cl carafe red wine. The prices were lower mid range, but suitable for the great quality of food. Would definitely recommend, and I hope we eat there again! 😊

Amazing home-y food and atmosphere. The meet (beef and lamb) was fresh and perfectly cooked and the sides were as delicious. Not a big place, but worth the try!

Happened to walk by this quaint bistro while walking through the Latin quarter. It looked so cute that we decided to pop in. Staff were lovely at helping us choose traditional French dishes. The fondue was a highlight, made with at least 3 artisan cheeses all from Paris

If you're looking for a genuine French dining experience with authentic cheese fondue, this is the place. The service is excellent, and the staff are happy to communicate in English. We were well-advised on our choices, and we didn't regret a thing. The charming Cristina and her young colleague accommodated us and our dog at a great table just inside the restaurant. We had a wonderful time enjoying the lively atmosphere and watching the passersby on the street. The wine was also superb. I highly recommend this restaurant for a cheese fondue experience.

Cute little bistro offering many cheese specialties such as tartiflette, fondue, raclette. In addition to a small selection of bistro food such as steak or fish. The restaurant has a kind owner. They have also a nice selection of wines you can buy by the bottle or order a glass of the house wines.

The food and service was amazing!!! The French onion soup was the best we had in all of France. The beef bourguignon was magnificently cooked. The fondue was a perfect flavor combination and the atmosphere was cozy and warm! Highly recommend!!!

Truffle fondue (€50) is a must try, best fondue I’ve ever had. It comes with potatoes and a piece of charcuterie. Don’t hesitate to book a table, the venue is quite small and is swarming during lunch time.

We had a wonderful dinner here on a Monday night! The owner was really friendly and welcoming, and the food was outstanding! Delicious, balanced meals, good wine, and a great homey atmosphere to go with. We've walked past this place several times and it is often busy, especially on the weekends - call ahead and make a reservation! They are also pretty good English speakers and will make you feel at home, for travelers passing through. Highly recommend for a stop in Paris!

The food was very tasty. We took Escargots de Bourgogne and Soupe a l'ognon gratiné. The escargots were excellently combined with a creamy butter and parsley sauce. The soup had a complex, aromatic taste, combined very well with the cheese on top. We also liked their fresh and tasty baguette. The waiter was very friendly.

Amazing first dinner in Paris! You must make a reservation. We had the escargot, duck confit and the beef borguinon, all of which were fabulous. The service was attentive. Very reasonable prices. We would definitely eat there again.

Amazing experience! We had one fondue and snails for 2 people, everything was absolutely delicious, we went out full. Waiter was very nice and caring, helped with a good wine choice. I would definitely recommend this place, and definitely would go there again. But be careful with your clothes, place smells a lot like cheese, so will you after you leave it (still totally worth to visit it though)
