The most horrible check-in experience in my life…Queuing for more than an hour at 1am. About 15’ per person, slowest check-in ever, everyone is angry and the staff don’t seem to care at all that we’re going to get almost no sleep at all tonight…Not a word of apology, not even a glass of water available. We could have waited at the airport instead of paying for a hotel room and not being able to sleep. And no manager in the hotel to handle this mess!!Definitely not a 4 star service!!

When I booked this hotel, I saw that it was a 4 star hotel, the pictures were nice, the reviews good enough. Finding it at CDG was simple, the checkin was easy enough. However, our room key didn’t work at first, the pillows on the bed had no pillowcases, and there were no towels in the room. They brought us a sheet instead of pillowcases. We paid the rate that included breakfast, but since our flight was early, we couldn’t attend. The reception said they would send us a breakfast to go, but they did not, and when I told them we never received it, all they said was “darn”. Hotel itself is nice, but this is a 2 star masquerading as a 4 star. Overall, underwhelmed and disappointed by this experience.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From start to finish, everything was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience. Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were always available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable. The room itself was also wonderful I stayed on room #529 on June 17, 2023. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities that were provided, such as the coffee and tea making facilities and the mini-fridge. Finally, I must mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I looked forward to starting my day with a satisfying meal at your hotel. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Noraina L.

It was fine. Not worth the price I paid and I wish I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express (my alternate choice). The rooms were soundproof from the outside, which was appreciated, but you could hear everything from the hallway and connecting room (which I'm sure went the other way as well). The bedding had a rip at the top, and the pillows were some of the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel, flat, stiff, and unyielding. The room phone only worked on speaker phone so calling down to the desk for questions was a challenge. The shower temperature was finicky and kept moving slightly from just under scalding one moment to not quite hot enough the next, and the towels were very linty. The back of the mirrors are bright orange and face the bed, it's not a very soothing color (this sounds so high maintenance but it was noticable). It's only saving grace was that I was able to get a free early check-in but only because the new room had a connecting door (which again made things louder). I did also appreciate that they opted for flooring instead of carpet in the rooms. All in all, I suggest you try another one of the many options in the area. Feels like they put a lot of money into making things look nice but not into the actual quality of the stay. Kind of like they are trying to be trendy but it's all surface level

This was my third stay at this hotel and as always, it was great. Just a minor issue with the room key today. I find the parking rates too dear, so it would be great if they could be cheaper, but apart from that, I have no complaints. Today I was assisted by Vincent at reception and I must say that it was a pleasure to deal with him: he’s so friendly, kind and polite. Very helpful too. Thank you for another great stay!

STAY NEXT DOOR. Checked in online noting will be arriving at midnight, but arrived to find room not ready. We were told we would have to sleep on plastic temporary sheets. Upon insistence, we were told someone would be up with some. After 15 minutes went down ourselves. Front desk gave us sheets but no pillowcases. We made our own beds at 12:45 am. Also found room hot, dirt on floor, hair in sink and shower. We’re told to talk to desk in morning, which we did but they didn’t care giving excuses. After speaking a manager who spoke to another manager, finally received an apology and were comped 1/2. (So I guess credit there). Breakfast was mediocre- runny scrambled eggs, not so fresh fresh fruit, only 1 coffee machine working so there was a line.

A good and convenient 4 star hotel, easy to reach from any CDG terminal by CDGVAL (every 4 minutes). Good spacious rooms with a modern layout and comfortable bed. Excellent sound proofing (note - airport hotel). Decent Gym. Good breakfast spread, with convenient hours - 0600 to 1100. Limited but acceptable menu (incl vegetarian options) for dinner at the restaurant. Friendly multilingual staff, quick check in and out. Was cheaper than IBIS Styles (3-star, pretty decent but not as good as this) when I booked. Would certainly recommend.

The room is bare minimum the minibar is empty. No micorwave. Restaurant/room service is limited. Towels look worn out. Gel/shampoo/conditioner all in one. Beds were comfy. Askded them to call a cab. They called some guy who didn't have a taxi sign on his car and cost over double what it cost us for a ride to the hotel. Shady :/

I recently stayed here one night with my family before flying back home. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was fine and the hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are nice and very quiet. Be aware though that parking is quite expensive.

Anne Sophie checked me in with some of the most gracious customer focused service I have had at any hotel. The hotel was perfect for the purpose, a quick stay near the airport with a clean comfortable room, easy access from the airport and very welcoming service.

Not only was this hotel able to provide me with a room on the spot, but they also were able to extend a friendly hand in a time of need. After being denied boarding to my flight I searched for a nearby hotel to accommodate me until I was able to sort out my travel plans. I however was not expecting to be treated with such kindness by the entire staff especially by Ms. Jasmine . She took the time to make sure that I was going to be ok and provided me with service that excels most, if not all 5 star hotels. Thank you for leaving me with a nice final experience in Paris.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a perfect experience from the moment of arrival. Claire, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. Her warm smile made us feel right at home. She was always available, resolving any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. The hotel itself was charming, with clean rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations, thanks to Claire's exceptional attention. A highly recommended destination for an unforgettable stay.

The room, bed and sheets are clean and comfortable. The service from Claire was fantastic. She allowed me to store a bag there until my flight out of Paris next week which was really, really helpful. I m an experienced traveller and would definitely reccomend this gem of a hotel.

My wife and child and I stayed for one night in the 'Loft' room. Unfortunately, it smelled of cigarettes, which immediately ruined the experience for us. I hate cigarettes and our baby's sleep sack smelt of smoke on our flight home. Although I reported this, nothing was done. The room wasn't anything special. Lino floor. Very sterile. Separate toilet and bathroom was rather odd considering there were his/her sinks. Lighting in the room seemed very random, as did the TV entertainment stand. Another issue is that they don't have staff to help with luggage. I would expect this for a four star hotel. The breakfast was good and I was happy that it was available at an early time. Lounge games is a great idea for families. Overall, the cigarette smell in our room was the biggest issue. I know it wasn't the hotel's fault (rather the previous occupant), but still there should be solutions to deal with this. Febreeze?!

Had a great experience! We had a 16hr layover and wanted to explore the city. The room was comfortable and convenient for our early flight. Anne and Sofia were great at check-in and even noticed we had a baby and sent a bassinet to the room. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed here on our way to Vienna for one night. I accidentally booked the wrong date by one day and Anne Sophie was wonderful enough to change it for us with no charge. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed our short stay. It is a good, quirky (in a good way!) airport airport hotel with bar, restaurant, fun games in the lobby (ping pong and PacMan) with a 5 min walk to the CDG VAL train that gets you to any terminal in another 10 minutes.

The location and quality of this hotel is just perfect for the day before flight. We stayed at the loft, which is bigger in size with 2 double beds. Very spacious and stocked up with all necessary amenities. Would stay there next time again.

We stayed here for a long layover between flights. Jasmine checked us in to the hotel and was so pleasant and helpful. We had a loft room on the third floor and it was the perfect size for our family of four. We were only there for about 8 hours but if I was ever in the area again I would definitely stay here. We had drinks at the bar before leaving and the two gentlemen there were very pleasant as well. After leaving the hotel I realized that I left my sunglasses in the safe. The front desk staff helped me get them back and gave them to a friend who was checking in after we left. They didn’t have to be that helpful but they were. The hotel is very trendy and you won’t be disappointed.

Their computer people need to fix their front desk hotline. It keep hanging up on customers.. Took me 5-6 calls trying random buttons in your phone tree to get anyone to pickup the phone. Then as a friendly gesture telling them the deficiencies of their phone system i get constant push back it's not my problem... I know it isn't... But highly suggest you get the computer people to fix it. French & Spanish customer service representatives ( i think) ... Not so friendly when it comes to honest and sincere feedback to help your hotel improve operations.

Really terrific airport hotel. Super clean, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were great - couldn’t hear any noise whatsoever from the planes overhead or the neighbouring rooms. Very convenient to get to the terminals, too. Just walk a few minutes to the nearby shuttle train station, which departs every 4 minutes.

Had a great experience here. Front desk was very accommodating, bed/rooms were extremely comfortable and bar staff were awesome. Nicholas and Wallen were amazing hosts in the bar. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is squeaky clean. The soundproof windows are great for a good night sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families. Easy access from terminal one ( took train shuttle to the first stop).

Customer service was excellent! Staff were helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. There are recreational activities installed in the lobby which creates an opportunity for customers to bond and enjoy It only takes 5 min walk from the hotel to airport shuttle service

Really impressed with the room size to cost ratio. Also, the restaurant offers a similar ratio of quality to cost. The service was quick and the food hot. I'd recommend this place for airport stays as the convenience factor is first rate.

I did not have a reservation and needed to find a room. Went to all hotels at Roissy Pole and found nothing, was told to try hotels at parking Pr and walked into Innside Hotel and Chaya saved my life!!!!! She found me a room. Very nice hotel. Large room. AC. Breakfast 15 euros. I was so happy not to spend the night on a bench.

The room was spacious and beautiful and even included a kettle, with a selection of coffee and tea. The room service came quickly and the wifi was superb. I also appreciated the amount of outlets for charging devices. The room was clean and the bathroom set up felt luxurious (loved the quality of the complimentary bathroom products). My complaint was finding the hotel itself. I called ahead of time to get directions and was told to walk out to the parking lot from CDG airport, and look for the shuttle. I could not find it anywhere and ended up taking a taxi. I would suggest getting an Uber to and from the hotel. I also could hear everything in the hallway, from my room, e.g. people talking, walking by, getting off the elevator. Maybe a heavier door would better block out sound?

We stayed here for a night before we flew back to Australia. Highly recommend this hotel because the room was clean and massive. Check in was smooth and quick for us. I would however skip the breakfast, £15 per person for a very average selection of breakfast food, and whole time we ate there they ran out of scrambled eggs, which was a shame.

Great hotel for a night before a flight. Rooms are big and accommodating. There is a fun funky charm to the hotel. Staff is friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to have dinner, there are a couple of hotels within walking distance with better options but depends on what ambiance you want. Bar area is very fun and there is popcorn and a pétanque area!
