McDonald's is McDonald's there always clean services impeccable the tables are always clean when you sit down including the Ventures or the stalls you sit on and it's very conveniently located it's in the back of saint Sever and faces out on what I would call a walkway for under which has a beautiful church to the write and counter shops and a flea market right there to the left on Tuesdays and Saturdays it's really cool I suggest you go there even if it's just a walk around

Tomas/Thomas was very kind and accommodating, as I am American and my French is very broken. Pieces of multiple orders were left out however and myself and friends had to ask for them back. Staff was very kind, food was delicious.

The customer service was fair BUT the place looks dirty. When I entered,I noticed the floor was sticky,I proceeded to take a sit with my family we had to change our Tables because it was dirty( Traces of produits all over) .I would have love to order for the four us but I ended buying for kids ...we couldn't eat there. FYI,You opened at 10h00( saint sever Rouen) and we entered around 10h25,it shouldn't be that bad ,Trust me. Try to talk to your cleaners. ils font mieux dans notre belle ville Caen. Bonne chance

Loud, 12 min wait after ordering, food tastes bad, it is unhealthy and they treat their animals and staff badly. The advertising worked on me this time though!
