This bar was simply such a lucky find and it ended up being one of our favourite places we have visited in Rouen!!! We loved the style of the menu but most importantly of course, the cocktails!!! It was simply a taste explosion for the 4 different ones we tried and the prices were completely fair for the amazing quality! Have some little snacks to go along and the barman being an absolutely sweetheart, I would go back to Rouen to just have a drink there again!! Don't miss out on this one if you have to come to Rouen!!!

" SANK ROO DAM YET ". These are the four key words, while in ROUEN, to easily make your way to this cocktail bar. " Le Petit Bar ", as the name suggests it, is a small spot located just off St.Bartelemy's Place and St. Maclou Church. There, in a Speakeasylike atmosphere, you will be greeted by Julien and his assistant. Seat on a high stool facing the bar counter or nest yourself in the warmth of the cosy alcove with low tables. Whether you like it shaken or stirred, straight up or on the rocks you will find a drink to suit your taste. Julien is a true mixologist, and, as such, he is creating new concoctions, to satisfy all tastebuds . If you prefer to " stick " to your classics, no worry, as Julien perfectly masters pre, as well as post prohibition short drinks. So...cheers to you! Jean-Luc

Great little bar. It was a joy watching not ours but everyone else cocktails being made. A proper work of art.

We were here on a very quiet night - the atmosphere was still lovely and we drank some really truly excellent cocktails. The cocktails created in Rouen are particularly memorable and special. Definitely add this lovely bar to your visit.

What a lovely place this is. Run, don't walk, to check it out. For starters the decor is wonderful. It's very atmospheric and I love the well thought through details like the bag hooks and power sockets under the tables. Then there's the service. The guy behind the bar (the owner I guess) is the genuine article of a 'bar man'. He really strives to make your stay pleasant and satisfying. And finally - but most importantly: he makes such wonderful cocktails! If you're anywhere in the vincinity of Rouen, make a detour for his self created Nilgiris gin-based cocktail. It's amazing! (Of course he's got other beverages than cocktails, and although we didn't have any, the plate of cold cuts and cheese looked delicious as well). It's too bad we only discovered this place on our last night. When - not if - we return to lovely Normandy we'll make it a point to come back to The Petit Bar as well.

Stopped by to try some calvados. The ambience is sophisticated, yet inviting. The curry popcorn is amazing! My friend and I loved the menus. Good service!

Truly a treasure box: passionate mixologists committed to the vibe they’ve curated; intentionality is apparent on every choice. Pre dinner cocktails with the ladies; swanky gossip spot of dreams. An experience that nails lighting and aesthetics. Spoke English (always helpful, never expected!)

My favorite cocktail bar in Rouen. The prices of cocktails are around 12 euros. The atmosphere is amazing. Service is awesome!

Beautiful and charming cocktail bar, this bar has some 'Great Gatsby' vibes. I enjoyed the staff, they were kind and friendly. The bar is located in a nice area. The cocktails are a little pricey, but the bar is worth a visit.

Oh my... never have I seen such a cute place to intake my liquor. Mixology at another level. Truly stellar and a "don't miss" of Rouen.

This is a very cosy, delightful bar. There is a welcoming ambience with just enough of an energetic vibe. The cocktail and drinks menu has a good variety and the mixologists know their craft. We enjoyed the eclectic mix of music in the background as well. There were no loud drunks to spoil the ambience but everyone seemed to be enjoying their evening. And, the one bartender had a superb, well maintained moustache that added to night. 😄
