Nice place simple ,i love the humburger and food is great..

Beautiful, fat, well-fed and well-cared for cats. Large comprehensive menu with lots of drinks, galettes, desserts etc. There's also many books available if you fancy reading. Excellent central location with gorgeous views, run and quirky decoration inside. Would recommend for any cat lover :)

Nice informal restaurant and very suitable to visit with children. Friendly staff who will do the extra step to keep you happy. Mind that at six pm the menu changes from the day version to the small menu. I had a very tasty Salmon Burgher with fresh green salade on the side. My cat would have looked appreciative at the salmon.😼😸😺

To be honest, I went to this cafe just to relax in a smooth atmosphere surrounded by cats. However, there is no special attention given to the cats, as mentioned. There are only two cats, and they are obese. The cats sleep all the time and sometimes go outside to lie in the sun. Playfulness is not a characteristic of theirs, and they tend to avoid people. The food is mediocre. The price is good.

The food was okay, nothing really special. The service was very unfriendly, we basically got laughed at for asking a simple question. The staff is very loud and agitated, this creates a very stressful environment combined with the poor choice of music. Moreover, this is supposed to be a cat café, but I think that the cats are only there for the advertisement. It's really not a suitable place for pets, they keep bumping into loud people and I'm sure it's extremely stressful for them. They also don't have a space where they can relax from the overwhelming atmosphere. I would also think about adding some rules on how to deal with the cats in order to avoid any accidents.

In every city we visit, when we are on vacation, we visit a cat cafe to support animal adoptions. This cat cafe had a different setup but was also a lot of fun. What a pleasant experience. Friendly service, delicious bubble tea and all surrounded by a very nice view in Rouen. Highly recommended for cat lovers with thirst.

My partner and I found cosy lunch after struggling to find a restaurant that had vegetarian options. First impressions, we found the interior to be simple but comfortable. I ordered a vegan meal and my partner a vegetarian meal. Whilst we were waiting, we found out about the great work that cosy lunch do with rescuing street cats. The cats have free roam of the restaurant, they are very clean and non-intrusive. If you love cats, you'll love this place. As a bonus, the food that came out was fantastic! We also ordered a couple of lovely cocktails. We will definitely visit again next time we're in Rouen

For tourists: This place is amazing. It's indeed very cozy and the staff a very nice. They understand English, which is not very common in France. The cats a very cute, you can admire them in every corner of the Créperie. The food is tasty and I had a really good time. I can only recommend it!

Wonderful venue dominated by the cats that live there. The food is fairly good and good value for money. The service was definitely mixed - we had a friendly, efficient server to start with, but, they were later replaced by a friendly but chaotic server who bought the wrong food and forgot parts of the order, repeatedly. Hopefully they had just started and will get better with time. But, you have to love a cafe that homes and obviously cares for a trio of beautiful cats. UPDATE: Despite my grumble I would definitely recommend this place. 😺

The food is not bad, but... There's a very mean lady in the staff who laughed at me for asking questions about the menu. The smells of the burnt food from the open kitchen is horrible and burns your eyes. Very noisy environment, uncomfortable for the client, let alone the poor cats. Also, it's a bit of a stretch to call it a cat café since there's essentially no interaction with the cats and they don't have an appropriate environment for living.

Had a fabulous time at The Cosy Lunch restaurant. The food, service and ambiance were brilliant. Highly recommended. Sacha been amazing !!!! Will definitely come back.
