Lovely gardens a moderate walk (30-40 mins) South of the town of Rouen. There is also a bus route from Rouen which you can get if you don't fancy the walk. Entry is free to the public and it's a nice way to spend an hour or two. There are several interesting plant arrangements and sculptures but it would be nice to have more information signs to say what things are (including the different plants) and who created the artistic pieces.

Well worth the walk or bus ride. Beautifully maintained gardens with plenty of walk ways. The green houses were open for our visit and were a delight.

Cause of the season and ongoing work there, nothing much to explore at the garden. Will try visiting in the summer. Massive place though for a walk / run.

France has something with botanical gardens. Most of them were originally set up in the 19th century. This one in Rouen has great greenhouses with orchids, cactuses and bananatrees as a special. As we were nearing Halloween a part of the garden was set up for Trick or Treat. You can easily spend an hour here.

Nice and well maintained park. It’s a little far from the old center but easily walkable if you’re in for a half-hour walk. A nice getaway from the busy city center of Rouen.

A very good place to start your visit of Rouen. Underground parking, an unusual church full of character, quick walk to most interesting places to visit.

Lots of works ongoing hence we could not see any of the main features, the greenhouses. They were all closed. I believe all will be open in summer 2018 although was not able to find any info telling when works would be over. Interesting wooden sculptures around the grounds. The information in the park was only in French. I am sure it will be highly appreciated if it could also be written in English.

A really nice park with flowers and greenhouses. We were there in April and half of the plants weren't blossoming yet. Could be even more beautiful in summer

Free to enter and close to public car parking, looks a little neglected, but spent a nice hour here. Glasshouses appeared to be closed due to covid, but there was a decent play area for families.

Municipal botanical garden, free to use. Lots of joggers and school children on trips with their teachers. So good border displays . Pleasant.

All the greenhouse were closed.. the ponds are not in very good conditions. The plants names tags are not facing the public or they are no existent…the trees are the only part of the garden deserving attention

Well stocked and maintained gardens, peaceful and away from city noise. Interesting orchid and insectivoriis plant hot houses. Special display of edible plants. Sadly no refreshments. Free to enter

peaceful well maintained garden with specific "islands", great broad walk, palmhouse, an old wine press house. Absolutely recommended for the whole family: playground for the kids. No dogs allowed !

A green spot in a very crowdy city. Nice walking around and seeing the beautiful plants and trees. In 1880 they started with this garden.
