The place is good, however the service is quite bad. The staff cannot handle 6-7 orders at the same time. Orders that came after our order, got their drinks before us.

This place is magical and truly magnificent. The bubble teas are very good as are the sweet waffles. The service is very fast and efficient and the choice is really very complicated given the quantity of choice. However, the electrical terminal is not very accessible and quite difficult to use.

Highly recommended!! My daughter loves bubble tea, and was really looking forward to visiting when she saw how pretty it was inside. Staff friendly and very helpful 😊 We were lucky as it wasn't busy when we visited so was able to have a choice of seats. We loved the swing seats and the carousel theme. The bubble tea was nice too and reasonably priced. The sweet treats also looked nice, but we didn't try as just eaten lunch. We were visiting Rouen, but would definitely go back again if we were local!!
