What a nice Supermarket there, plenty of good choice, even fresh bakery. Food price in the range of the province. Very fast service and friendly staff. Toilets well equipped. Free indoor car park. Enjoy.

It's a good shopping mall actually. You can find supermarket, pharmacy, hair salon, food restaurants, etc. in here. The entrance towards the tram station is strange though, some weird people hanging around and sometimes there's a strange smell. The indoor map is not very helpful, but it's OK because it's not a big shopping mall. There's often many people who are shopping, especially between 16:00 and 19:00, I would recommend to do a quick shopping during this time. The parcel drop-off is quite hidden (second floor and next to the toilets), but the service is good.

My best shopping place in Rouen, to buy clothes from JULES and shows from Footlocker. All staff in both shops are friendly and I enjoyed Black Friday deals from them

Very impressive centre with varieties of stores. Amazingly, shops I visited the staff are very polite, don't overwhelm me with "overly friendly approaches". My experience overall with French hospitality is impressive.

Saint Sever is a great place . Today I went there, I saw there place was very amazing and crowded. I like that place

Spacious, clean shopping center. Large selection of stores, cinema restaurants, very close to public transport

St Sever. Maybe only for locals, but a good young crowd. Nightime is busy and alive without being too crowded. A quick walk takes you to the Sein river (like the Thames, but French). Good selection of daytime local and international eats. Nothing too fancy.

Paid toilets for 1 week!! 0.60 euro cents! With some kind of robot, or you don't understand anything! For a shopping center that has been in deficit for years... that's not bad! The Primark brand has something to do with it!! Damage.

I knew this shopping center in the 90s and it was a great and clean place. With stores that were worth it. Now some businesses are closing which makes the place a little sad and I don't feel reassured when I go there, even outside. If I had a choice it was better before. Me if I don't go there anymore to walk around.
