Large modern FNAC with helpful employees and a massive selection of goods. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for back to school essentials. Avoid buying appliances here, look at other stores for a better selection and lower prices.

Client service is horrible. You have to run to obtain an advise from the workers. They are not paying attention at all, even on Saturday they spend their time talking with each other.

They have allot of stuff and staff but they don’t bother to ask you if you need any help also you have go look for some one in the store spiking English to give you general information about what your need staff did not help by any chance as long as you don’t speak French.

Well appointed electrical and stationery store. Staff are knowledgeable too so if you're looking for an item that will work on both EU and UK Amp fuses, this is the place to go.

I love Fnac. It's one of my favourite French stores and this is yet another good one. Not much more to say really. CDs, DVDs, video games etc. They often have special editions of things exclusively for Fnac, which is nice touch.

Responsive personels👍, good place to buy electronic stuff

Horrendous service, staff pretended to be busy then not to see us for about 15min. To the point a manager from another department had to step in to get us served. After all that they make us queue for 10min just to be told we couldn't get the tax refund form as the person in charge locked them in her drawers and was gone. A total joke. The place is run worse that a family corner shop! Not my first bad experience with FNAC. I believe the whole chain should shut down. It has become obsolete.

Staff are nice, laid out relatively well. How ever signage as to where the billetterie is could be better. Walked the whole store before finding there was an upstairs. Offers a really good range of items.
