The hotel was very quiet, clean, and convenient. Though relatively small the room was really well laid out making it comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. I especially loved the brown fruit bread. We were there during the heat wave in September and really appreciated the excellent air-conditioning. The bathroom was quite small. The only improvement would be if the front desk could provide a list of air-conditioned restaurants that are open early for dinner.

We stayed here earlier this month and loved every bit of our stay. The family suite was great for my husband and I and our two teens. The close proximity to major sites and exceptional shopping at Bon Marche was awesome. The rooms were clean, had nice quality bedding, mini fridges were great (we are a gluten free family so having this was important) and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again. I felt really safe in the area and great place for smoothies/juices was just down the street.

Just stayed at Hotel Signature and was very grateful to the staff. Hotel was great. Perfect location. I needed to mail two letters abroad and their team mentioned they would take care of sending them. Really appreciate that as the letters are going off to my grandparents. Thank you so much team! I travel to Paris often and will be staying here again moving forward.

We stayed at this quaint hotel 4 nights last week while seeing the Paris sights and loved the location, staff and room! Situated near metro it was very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful, making reservations for dinner and taxi when needed. We stayed in the patio room which suited the two of us well. The patio is small and does not have a view into the courtyard, but was nicely decorated with lanterns and it was nice to have an opportunity to get fresh air. Service to the room was wonderful with clean towels and bathroom clean up daily, which was needed with the open shower concept. We like to keep the room chilly while we sleep, and had control over the AC in the room which worked great. (all but one night but it was quickly fixed at 7am the next morning.) This is not a full service hotel in terms of amenities, but for a great room in a great spot with wonderful personalized service you can't go wrong here.

What's not to love about this boutique style hotel nestled right in the heart of central Paris? The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic with a nice added touch of a towel warmer and bath robes. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The servers were attentive and kind. Perhaps the best amenity was the front desk staff, all bilingual and super helpful. Their dinner recommendations and ability to make reservations at busy restaurants was amazing. All around, this was one of the nicest places to stay in Paris. I highly recommend for great accommodations, helpful staff, and location to shopping, attractions, and metro and bus service to get you any where in the city!

If you are spending too much time stressing out about a great place to stay in Paris, stop and book this place and dont worry any longer. I was ready to give this place a 5 star before even checking in. The communication and help prior to arrival was very much welcomed. They were well attuned to the fact that we were traveling as a family and wanted to make sure we had what was needed and were comfortable. The hotel itself was outstanding from the rooms, quality of fixtures in bathrooms, beds, linens, furniture, etc..... the breakfast buffet was small but very high quality and we had something for everyone, including picky eaters. The neighborhood was a wonderful area. Great shops, restaurants, access to the metro etc..... everyone we met or local place visited was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone.

Highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Paris. If you are first timer the location is perfect and the staff are truly their to serve and answer all your questions, help with reservations and generally give you advice about how to structure your day if you like. We stayed 8 nights and the service was consistently excellent !! Our family room suite on the first floor was spacious and not just by Paris standards. We enjoyed our room, great beds, well appointed bathroom. There was no noise from the lobby which was an initial concern. My favorite part of the room was waking to the smell of coffee rising from the breakfast room below and yes a low rumble of the metro. Neither sound or smell is overwhelming. My children didn't hear the train. They slept through the night. We loved every moment of our stay. Special shout out to Delphine, Manuela, Alavia and Etienne for making our stay perfect in Paris. We miss you.

Cosy hotel with excellent service and a great location. Rooms are very small... yet not really smaller than competition in Paris at similar prices. AC is exceptional: really quiet and efficient. Bathroom is modern. Breakfast consist of quality items.

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in as far as service. They were very good. Room was nice. Soap and towels replenished every day which was awesome. Staff spoke great English which helps a ton. Next time I come to Paris I know where to stay for sure. Breakfast was good as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The place is clean and fresh and the staff is amazing! The are helpful, friendly and available 24 hours. I wish I would have gotten all their names so I could thank them for all of their help whether booking a taxi, or giving directions, or sharing the candy, they were truly amazing. The location is so central, we walked everywhere! Loved the St. Germain area.

Very warm atmosphere, staff have been very helpful before and during the stay, they offer good advice on sightseeing and having fun in Paris. Beddings are simply the best I’ve experienced in Europe over the decade, even better than those traditional 5-star hotels. Location is impeccable as well. Overall I’d say it’s the best you could have in Paris unless you prefer those ultra luxurious brands. Thank you team for hosting!

I traveled to Paris for work and had to extend my trip and the team at the hotel was extremely helpful with accommodating me. The hotel is quiet, clean, and in a great location with amazing and friendly staff. 5/5 stars, highly recommend and I look forward to staying there again when I return!

I recently spent two weeks at this hotel. It was wonderful! The staff are welcoming, warm and responsive to every request. Need to book a taxi, make a reservation, need directions? They are there to help you out. Rooms are cozy. Bathrooms fully stocked. And the breakfast (an extra charge) has everything from baguettes to cheese to yoghurt to fresh fruit and more. And croissants - need I say more? You will feel at home, welcomed and thoroughly looked after. Oh, and there's a dog, Samba, who stops by every now and then with the owner.

The hotel is just perfect! Everything, from the location, to the staff, to the decoration is just amazing. It's in a quiet street, close to the metro and has some great restaurants around. The staff does everything to make you feel at home, they even prepared the breakfast for us before the "official" start so we could get out train. I 100% recommend it.

They really do make you feel like family! Great recommendations on food, where to shop for a picnic and sights to see! It was an amazing experience! 92 stairs to the 5th floor if you’re adventurous but there is an elevator for those nights when your lazy or to get your bags up. Highly recommend it’s in a nice neighborhood and close to the metro and with in walking distance of a number of things to do. No car needed if you want to explore the city of Paris from here! We will be back!

This was my favorite hotel on our recent trip to Europe. We enjoyed the spacious room with lots of counter space. The bathroom had a walk in shower and the toilet was in a separate room. The hotel staff were lovely. They provided us with maps and recommendations for restaurants. There was an elevator.

We could not have stayed at a better hotel. The staff was amazing, the room was great and the bed was so comfortable!!! The location was perfect- walking distance to most things and if needed, very close to the Metro. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink at in the area. We ate breakfast once at the hotel - the coffee was great but food options were limited. I would encourage you to try the many patisseries in the area. Next time we go to Paris, we will be sure to stay here again!

We stayed across multiple hotels during our trip in France/Paris and only stayed in Hotel Signature on our last night which was the best hotel out of all. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, hotel was in a great location, big mall and metro near by. It was the staff who made a great difference, they were super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend and will return.

Great boutique hotel! Lovely room. It was quite large for Paris with plenty of sitting room, large closet, and spacious bathroom. Loved the Diptyque toiletries. Room had coffee and tea kettle, with a mini fridge that had enough room for a few of our own items. Super clean! Everyone was so lovely! Easy to get advice and suggested some great restaurants. Wonderful location right by the Bon Marché. I also loved that it is run by such creative women who have really paid attention to details. Emily at the front desk was just one highlight! Definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked in we were given the best service. This lovely and sophisticated gem of a hotel is in the perfect location and walkable to so many great restaurants and shops. It is also only a short walk to the metro. Did I mention the great service??? Our room was beautiful, cozy, and clean. Our room faced the street and noise was NEVER an issue for us. Breakfast was delicious and a great added bonus. Thank you Hotel Signature for making our January birthdays and first trip to Paris so amazing!

Wonderful and charming hotel in a great location. We enjoyed the Prestige Room which was plenty spacious, and with an incredible bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and promptly responded to all our requests. Plenty to do in the St-Germain area, but also easily walkable to other part of the city. We really had a great time at this hotel and will certainly be returning.

What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy Paris! We spent 3 nights at this beautiful boutique hotel and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Manuela and Alice were our gracious hosts, and treated us as family. We traveled with my elderly mother-in-law, and they did everything possible to ensure she was comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for starting our day off, and we even got croissants on our first day that were still warm from a local bakery (and yes, they melted in our mouths!). The location is great for a true Parisian experience, and provides ample opportunity to dine and shop close by. Major attractions were easy to get to via subway or Uber, with several in walking distance. The only disappointment was that we didn't get to meet Delphine - but that just means we need to visit again.

My son and I had the pleasure of staying here while in Paris this august. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this hotel! All of the staff obviously love and are passionate about the hotel, and treat all of the guests like family. They quickly learned what we liked for breakfast and had it on hand every morning without us even requesting, and one morning when I left my travel mug in the breakfast room, I found it washed and in our room when we returned that afternoon. The rooms are lovely, bright, and comfortable, the location is perfect (2 minute walk to the metro, walking distance to major sights), and with the addition of the warmth and welcome that the staff brings we would give more than five stars if we could! We will return to Paris next year, and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

This Hotel is a real Gem! We had a fantastic stay here. Well appointed. Clean. Thoughtful details. Perfect location. We will be back if we ever get the pleasure to go back to Paris again. This is a no-brainer. The best part is the staff. They are truly a customer service "dream team"! I couldn't be more pleased with their eagerness to help and provide the best suggestions and transportation assistance possible. Best in Class.

It was the first time to Paris for my daughter and I️ this month. This was our yearly trip to celebrate our birthdays and choosing to stay at Hotel Signature Saint Germain des Pres was the best decision I️ could have possibly made us. The hospitality here is unmatched. From the balloons and sweets left in our room to wish my daughter Happy Birthday, to the surprise present from L’occitane for me for my birthday. Let me tell ya, these 2 gals felt really special. All of the faces I️ met at reception were always warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful beyond measure- no matter the time of day. We stayed in the Prestige room which is spacious for 2. Our room was clean, our beds (2 singles together) were very comfy. The location was marvelous. The Eiffel Tower was 10 mins by taxi. The Louvre was a 20 minute refreshing walk. A very sweet park and cafes to sit in were feet away front the front door. And we shopped til we dropped in Le Bon Marche, also just feet away. My daughter insists when we return to Paris again that we must stay here— then that we must!

C'est magnifique. From the booking confirmation to saying Au Revior, it was the perfect location and experience. Delphine was the one to greet us upon arrival and gave us a ton of maps and information to help us plan our time in Paris. The hotel is very detailed and customer service orientated. They are constantly welcoming and make your stay very memorable. We had a 4th floor Family Style room with one room with a Queen Bed and the other with two twins for our children. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, closet, safe, and minibar/fridge, hair dryer. The room faced the Rue Chomel, but was extremely quiet. The windows opened to allow a breeze into the room and hear the sounds of Paris. The air conditioning worked extremely well. The bathroom in the adult room was a little tight but very nice. The room was an expected European style room in size, but the bed was the recipe for a great nights sleep. The WiFi worked extremely well, I believe when tested it was 200mbps down and 20 mbps up. We never participated in the breakfast, but another guest was complimentary of it when I went for coffee one morning. Our room didn't have coffee makers, but he explained the regular rooms did (I can not confirm as I never saw it). The metro trip after a 8 hour flight to Paris was a trek for the family, and I almost got pick pocketed by a young vagrant, we then opted to take a private transportation back 5 days later. The hotel explained all our options (Taxi, Uber, Limo, etc) and we booked our Mercedes Benz van back to the CDG airport. It was 80 Euros but well worth it. Location was ideal! 35 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 10 minutes to the Louvre, 10 minutes to Notre Dame or Saint Chapelle. The Sevres Babylone is the closet Metro Station and made it easy for us to get anywhere we needed. I searched hotels and VRBO's, used TripAdvisor and Google Maps for at least 6 hours, I chose this place and would happily go back on my next trip to Paris.

I had an excellent stay in this charming hotel! My room was great, comfortable bed, lovely little balcony to enjoy, bright and cheery. The staff was outstanding! So very friendly, helpful and always available. This is truly like a home away from home.this is definitely my top pick in Paris!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and were treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much we even extended our stay! The location is amazing and an easy walk to multiple Metro stops and bus routes. We didn't try the breakfast as we preferred to grab a quick pastry at the cafe around the corner.

We cannot recommend Hotel Signature Saint Germain more highly. We travelled with our 4 month old baby so stayed in the Prestige Room which was very spacious and had plenty of room for our portable cot, and had an amazing bathroom. The staff were also amazing and added a family feel. They were so friendly and always happy to help. The location is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants and easy to get around the city. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Our stay at Signature was fantastic. They were flexible with our reservation when our flights changed, they provided exhaustive ideas of where to go and what do while in Paris, and they were always attentive and responsive to anything we needed. It was like staying in the perfect Parisian neighborhood with close friends. Would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

I stayed in this Hotel for six nights in July in Room 44. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is in a very quiet neighbourhood in a central zone of Paris. There is a metro stop, with 2 lines, 200 meters from the Hotel. The staff is fantastic, it is welcoming, helpful and friendly; they helped us a lot to organise the trip and even when we were there about transports, because there were some problems with the RER. The room, with two single beds as we had asked, was little, but it was modern, very clean and comfortable. They changed us the bathroom towels and the soap every day. The bathroom was tiny, but it was very clean. Probably the bathroom with a shower would be more comfortable (some rooms have a fantastic walk in shower, but we had one with a bath tub), even though you can have a shower in the bath tub. This is the only advice for the room, which is fantastic, but with a shower would be perfect. The breakfast was good, but it may be improved. I suggest to everyone to come to this Hotel in Paris, because it allows you to enjoy this fantastic city. If I came back to Paris, I would definitely go to Hotel Signature. Thank you again for your kindness.

Such a lovely 3 nights in Paris with our kids. The team at the hotel were so helpful and thoughtful. They made us dinner reservations, the rooms were great and nice central location. Perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about the Hotel Signature. The location is excellent, walkable to everything, many cafes nearby, wonderful neighborhood. The room was clean and very quiet. But the best thing about the stay was the staff. They were some of the friendliest, most helpful, and welcoming people you will meet anywhere.

Wonderful neighborhood, first-rate staff, quiet. Everything was designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We ate breakfast in almost all mornings and enjoyed the espresso especially. The recommendations we got for restaurants were without fail what we were looking for. I know this sounds over the top, but it was a very accommodating hotel.

I had been looking to stay at this charming hotel for a long time. And Hotel Signature St. Germain des Pres did not disappoint. The rooms are tasteful and comfortable and the staff is impeccable. Their recommendations for places to eat were perfect and they were professional and courteous throughout our stay. Especially Manuela who went out of her way to make us feel taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Paris.
