Uniqlo has been my go-to store for a decent pair of jeans and other mono-colour clothing. My spouse also likes to shop there for the family's winter clothes. Although I'd have liked to have more colours in their products but I guess they intend to serve a specific category of customers who already know exactly what they want. Anyways consistent quality and good opening hours along with their location at the ground level do give them even better exposure.

Nice place to get your thermal and winter wears. Can do with better ordering of the items but you'll eventually find everything you want.

Messy, lots of articles missing (empty shelves or only large sizes).

Easy and quick. Only downside I see is you can't try out everything at once (limited number of items at a time) + you have to talk to someone before trying your items. Other than that the automatic cashing is impressive (you still have items in your hands it knows exactly what you have).

Staff in La Défense not helpful.. a asked the size . He said no without check the stock. I was there 22/04 .more than 10 person are working there no one helping..never come back again..

The store is full of options, fabrics, textures, colors of good quality . They had a Japanese guy who gave us script words in Japanese for free

Poor quality and even worse customer service. Bought an ultra light down jacket on the 27th December , at their location in La Defense. After two days the ziper broke in the middle and fell out of the jacket. Tried to exchange it with the receipt at their Lafayette location and they refused. Rude personnel. Now will have to go all the way back to La Defense to try to exchange this broken product. The jacket is comfortable but poorly finished. Do not recommend it.

Fantastic store for all kinds of clothing items for gents, ladies and kids. Be it innerwear, shirts, trousers, jackets, gloves, caps etc etc. You name it, they have it. Store assistants are very helpful. My favourite place.

Uniqlo is the store where you will find innovative clothing that immediately will make you happy to buy. Their technology is impressive especially when it comes to keep you warm or keep you dry. I would also say that the staff also try hard to be helpful and for once also have the sense of customer service.
