I had a wonderful stay at HAYALI Boutique Hotel From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. The service was top-notch—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining high hygiene standards throughout my stay. The common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were also well-maintained and inviting. The location was perfect! Situated in Ain Kawa , “the heart of the city,” “a peaceful area,” “close to major attractions”], it made getting around incredibly easy. Whether I was exploring nearby attractions, dining at local restaurants, or simply enjoying a walk, everything was conveniently accessible. Overall, I highly recommend HAYALI for anyone looking for a fantastic stay with exceptional service, cleanliness, and a prime location. I will definitely be returning!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing service, super attentive staff, & incredibly clean. Outside Japan there are very few hotels with Toto toilets. The owners have not spared any costs to give the best customer experience. Don’t stay anywhere else

From world class hospitality, attention to detail, super friendly staff, and of course a very comfortable room that will make you call the hotel Home; even for a night. I was in Erbil for business and my host recommended me to stay in Hayali Boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, had everything that you would need and of course clean! I was also invited for dinner at the hotel restaurant, i have to say it was better than any world-class award winning restaurant. The quality of food, presentation, taste, and ambience of the restaurant were just beyond perfection. A highly recommended hotel for tourists and business travelers if you want to enjoy your stay in Erbil.

One of the best hotels in Erbil, stayed one week, exceeded our expectations, top high tech in everything, the hotel owner thought of every tiny detail, used high quality of everything, rooms where very well equipped with everything you need, very comfortable, all the staff in the hotel where so friendly, very helpful, very professional, food was very good, wide breakfast range and variety. The hotel is really clean, locate in a bustling neighbourhood of erbil, I recommend this hotel so much and will definitely be back to stay there if I am ever in Erbil again.
