Fantastic value for money for a short stay! It was perfectly located near the wedding reception we attended, easy to find, very reasonably-priced room, good amenities, clean room and facilities too. We had a shared bathroom option and it worked out fine: good strong, hot shower. Breakfast was a buffet with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, plus cereal and toast. Coffee, tea and juices were also available. Friendly and welcoming staff, it was perfect for our stay!

Lovely place to stay for a short break. Really nice overall bit it was a shame about the awful weather. The host was welcoming and showed us to our room which was really clean. Digital shower? Wow that was fantastic nice and hot the breakfast was self service but was also great. See photos for appearance. Will be back soon!!!

It was easy to locate, the parking made life easier. We had a warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean and basic amenities were provided. I totally enjoyed the breakfast and I will recommend them.

Parking was really convenient, our room was clean with towels & hot drinks provided inside. Also the bathroom was larger than most and we had a breakfast (hot or cold) offered to us in the morning. For what you pay it’s excellent value for money, and staff were welcoming :)

Room 1 was very 1960's and decor a DIY disaster. Front of building and may as well been in middle lane of the M1, no sleep at all due to constant traffic noise. Use the "En suite "and the light and fan were on for 20 mins. Breakfast was passable cold offerings ok pre cooked luke warm on heat tray. You get what you pay for!!

Good value for money. Well located, friendly staff, clean room. Weren't doing hot breakfasts on my visit, but the offered an alternative. I'd stay there again.

The woman staff (didn't catch her name) was really friendly and made you feel at home and was really helpful but we were a little disappointed about the breakfast as it wasn't a cooked breakfast due to apparently covid however theres football and other events with thousands of people. The rooms were a little shoddy and there was mould in the corner of the room.

Three of us stayed in the triple bed room and found it to be clean, quite spacious, and well set out. The room was warm on arrival and had tea and coffee provided along with a kettle. The toilet and shower area was spotless and the shower water was hot and constant. Decor a bit dated but that was not a problem for us. We all slept well in comfortable beds with nice pillows plus spares. Breakfast in a bag because of COVID but it was more than adequate. Host was friendly and informative. £80 in total I consider to be fantastic value for money. First time to stay here but won't be the last.

Good place for its price. If I wanted to be picky I could say that glass surfaces and mirrors were not polished and breakfast was very basic (not good scrambled eggs - too dry) but honestly for the price you pay it's all good. Parking just outside the building 👍

Stayed here one night. Easy to park. Simple hotel but clean, comfortable and free good breakfast. It was also very warm and they had the heating on so didn’t notice just how cold it had got outside :)

Great staff and really good value for money! Wished I'd discovered before. Rooms are clean and comfortable and, even though, we were at the front, it wasn't too noisy! Breakfast was superb too! Will definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

Family run hotel - nice family, on the whole accommodating. No wifi in room. When we asked, there response was ‘Room 5 is the only room without wifi, sorry!’ They allowed us to use the kitchen downstairs to use the wifi but this was not ideal as it was locked for the majority of the day.

I was shocked at how clean the room was for the price, lovely owners and a free breakfast included in the morning. I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future, can’t beat the value for money!
