Really fun and challenging. We did the Endless Story room and it was great, although some puzzles are really challenging and so Id recommend you do it as a group instead of just 2 people. Kacper was our helper and he was really great and friendly. Receptionist at the time was also lovely. Will definitely look to come back one day.

We had a brilliant time at Escape Leicester and so glad we chose this venue! All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Agata, our Games Master, who was really patient in answering all our questions. We had chosen Overthrown and found it challenging, but loved every minute of it once we got going. We managed to complete it - with a helping hand in the right direction when we needed it. Thanks to Agata and all the staff for making our visit a fun one! Also, thank you for my birthday card, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend.

First time doing an escape room, and my husband & I had an absolute blast! I purchased a gift voucher as a Christmas surprise and the woman at reception was super friendly and helpful. Booking the room was easy. Upon arrival, staff were friendly , enthusiastic and ready to get us started. Our Games Master, Maxwell, took us through what to expect, rules and safety, etc. He was personable and you can tell he loves his job. I knew I’d have fun doing an escape room, but I had more fun than I even imagined! Room was so detailed, full of clues and puzzles, hints when we were struggling. Plenty of a-ha! moments from the both of us. A definite thrill and rush if excitement. 10/10 would recommend. We can’t wait to try the other rooms available.

I have been here today, and I loved it. The gamesmaster was zoe, and she was awesome. It was always cool to ask for hints to help out. This place has 6 games to choose from. We went for the cabin. It's nice and something different 😌

Me and my husband attended today and played Witchcraft and Wizardry. We are useless so had to have a lot of clues but we still really enjoyed it especially with been able to get help. Lots of codes to solve. Victoria was really lovely and explained everything really well. Will be returning to try the cabin next!

This was my first escape room experience and I loved it. The team at Escape Leicester are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered, the service they gave us was fantastic. Jess was our Game Room helper and she was amazing. Took us through everything, answered all our questions and was just an absolute pleasure to speak to. I would recommend Escape Leicester to everybody, it was a fantastic day out and so much fun. We will absolutely be returning!

Me and my husband went today for my birthday and we had a great time. Our game master was Girts and we did the cabin escape room. The puzzles were great and kept us guessing. Girts was great and gave a few hints when we needed them. He made our experience amazing! The game made me jump a few times and even let a scream out when I spotted the mysterious man 😂 Thank you so much for a great birthday experience!

What an amazing evening we had as a group of colleagues. My group played the team race Overthrone room while another group of colleagues enjoined the Witchcraft and Wizardry game. The rooms themselves were brilliantly designed and the puzzles were enough of a challenge without being too difficult. The hosts were enthusiastic and explained everything clearly. Having done an escape room before, I would highly recommend the team race option as it added an extra level of suspense. We’ve already discussed dates to return back and play different rooms.

I have been to Escape Leicester twice now in the last couple of months, it’s honestly so much fun! I did the witchcraft and wizardry with my friends and the cabin with my boyfriend and each room was very different but equally as fun and challenging. Our hosts Ellie and Zoe were both really welcoming and friendly too, and we certainly wouldn’t have escaped without their welcomed hints and tips along the way! If you’re thinking about booking then I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back and try more! Thanks ☺️

Friendly staff and they talked us through the game and what to expect. We had a fab time special thanks to Mr G and there was a lovely lady too but I can’t remember her name. We did the cabin room and it was perfect for the kids to enjoy too

Really enjoyed our Escape Room experience on Saturday. The puzzles were challenging but just the right amount of hints from Ben at the right time to keep us moving along. All of the other staff were friendly and helpful as well. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely loved this place. We had a large group and there was an escape game we could play where we were placed in different rooms to work our way to the same end room. Very Clever and lots of fun. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

This was our first time doing an escape room & wow we enjoyed it so much we did a 2nd one. Girts was AMAZING!! He was so helpful & attentive & kept the enthusiasm on a high level & was just a downright brilliant host. We will definitely be returning here to try more games. We recently completed the Endless Story game and thought it was fantastic! We’ve done quite a few escape rooms and this is up there with one of the best. We loved that it was a real mixture of physical puzzles (not requiring strength), rather than finding number codes/ keys for padlocks. The story made sense and the decoration and props were well made. We would really recommend this room!

Me and my friends really enjoyed doing the Cabin escape room. Our favourite part was the first room. I will be back again. Thank you very much Casper for helping us as well when we was a bit stuck in some areas.

The best escape room we’ve ever done!! Incredible clues, and some lovely game masters too, special shout-out to Girts, stuck to character and made it a really fun experience for us! We did the cabin, and it wasn’t too scary, just some fun clues with a fun storyline! thanks guys! :)

I really love visiting this escape room. Genuinely the nicest and enthusiastic game hosts ever. We did the Endless Story and it was very well thought out. My daughter's first escape room and an absolute pleasure. Excellent welcome and initial briefing for Witchcraft and Wizardry. The room itself was very thematic with great atmosphere and the puzzles were fun and engaging. Enjoyed the range of props and aids and even better we made it out with a minute to spare. Looking forward to the next one. Great lead up to a Birthday!

Incredible place with the loveliest staff! Part of our group was late arriving and yet they were so understanding about it, didn't cut our time or get annoyed with us in the slightest. We did the witchcraft and wizardry room and had the best time. Lots of puzzles and plenty of hints when we got stuck. We ran out of time but were given an extra 10 minutes to complete, which was fab! On exiting, the staff had written our daughters a lovely birthday card, which was a wonderful touch! Really happy with the overall experience, could not fault it one bit!

We completed the Cabin for my birthday, and it was a 10/10 experience! The room was really detailed and the puzzles were tough but intuitive. The staff were super friendly and encouraging and all in all was a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Great fun thoroughly enjoyed area 51, first time in an escape room & didn't really know what to expect. Panicked a bit as finding the place proved quite difficult so was unsure how we were going to cope 🤣! Anna was great really explained things & I'm sure we were helped but didn't really know by how much! Even got extended time. Great family fun & we'll definitely be back. Thankyou.

Went on a trip with college. Me and my friend did 'the cabin' experience and loved it ( even tho we needed help 😂). Had a medical accident while there and the staff were amazing in helping get it sorted and checking I was alright. The whole experience was exciting and fun and the clues were brilliant. Excited to come again, thank you for an amazing day !!

This was great fun, did it with colleagues and did the medieval themed one. Loved the puzzles, they way things revealed themselves , secret door opening and being able to get the odd clue when we were stuck as really useful. Hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic and we got the photos pretty quick by text, quick and easy to download. Thank you so much, we had a blast!

Girts was such a lovely game master. He made us laugh so much and he helped us out when we needed it during the game. It was the best escape room, it was challenging and we managed to get out with 45 seconds spare. We did Area 51 which was so good, will definitely be coming back. The reception area was decorated halloweeny which was so nice and the atmosphere was great! :)

We got this as a Christmas present and for a family of 6 it was amazing local family fun for an evening. So much so we were all buzzing. The room was really well put together and was fun for the whole family for all ages. A really good family night out. Staff wise the gentleman who looked after us made the whole experience extra worth while and more than added to the night. Definitely going to come back. Well worth it.

Brilliant place. The room we went into was put together really well with a high standard finish. Lots of interesting puzzles to solve all of different variety, with unexpected events really made it so much fun. The team who work there are also super enthusiastic and friendly. Can't wait to return!

Lovely welcoming staff who made our escape room experience all the better. Customer service is such a rare thing these days so it was refreshing to be welcomed by friendly faces. It was my daughters birthday and we all had a great time trying to work out all the clues and complete the tasks that lie ahead. I would definitely recommend and we most certainly be going back. My daughter even left with a birthday card... Nice touch ERL.

Went with my 9 and 12 year old and did ‘the cabin’ A great feel to the escape room, not so hard you felt like you couldn’t do it but tricky enough to really engage in it. We had a great time. Ellie was on the end of a walkie-talkie to give us hints and tips when needed. We didn’t complete it in the 1 hour but they gave us extra time to complete it. Lovely welcome and took photos for us as well. No hidden extra costs and a brilliant atmosphere. Another booked already, thank you to the escape team in Leicester

This was our first escape room with a family group of 6. Each of us loved it and we had ages ranging from 14 to 40. We had so much fun and managed to escape The Cabin with minutes to spare. The experience was really topped off with Girts enthusiasm and helpfulness - thank you!! :)

Went with my wife as our first time doing an escape room and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. We did the 'Endless Story' room which provided a good range of challenges and puzzles. Girts, our host, was great and provided hints along the way via Walkie Talkie (only if needed) to help keep our progress more or less on track - although we did slightly go over the hour to finish it. Would highly recommend to anyone who's not tried this before and who loves puzzles, or any more experienced Escape roomers out there (who will no doubt finish it far quicker than we did). Can't wait for the next one. Will definitely visit again.

I loved this! It was tricky but good fun. The puzzles were interesting, the decor of the room was fantastic. We did the wizard escape room and I was so immersed in the Harry Potter esk scenario. The staff were friendly and even gave my cousin (whose birthday we were celebrating) a card! 100% would do again

a really fun experience, the puzzles were smart and well thought out. they made really good use of teamwork, but would also work well for someone playing on their own. our game master, zoe, was really enthusiastic with her storytelling, and it made us all the more enthusiastic to start the room. she was kind, she explained all the rules and health and safety messages concisely and energetically. she really seems like someone who enjoys what she does. overall, my experience was incredible and i can’t wait for the next one.

Great hour spent solving clues - some very tricky! Escaping with just over a minute to go was a great adrenaline rush and we all really enjoyed the challenge. We’ll definitely be back.

Loved this game (Over Throne). We played as 2 teams mums against teenagers. Hosts were amazing, friendly and made our experience so great. Recommended (Mums rule!!)

We had the best time here today for our daughter’s birthday treat. From when we arrived until we left the staff were amazing. Ben was our Game Master and he was the best! Very informative as this was our first time doing an escape room. We felt at ease the whole time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The team even got our daughter a birthday card signed by all the staff. Had great fun cracking the Area 51 room today. Girts introduced us to the room and he was so friendly, entertaining and helpful, all the staff were! The puzzles really are interesting and keep you well entertained. Would definitely go back again if I’m ever back in Leicester, 10/10 would recommend
