Centrally located, plenty of space, price-performance ratio is right!

Beautiful apartment

Super excellent place

Very nice apartment. Clean and tastefully decorated. Elevator available! Great location near the zoo and Rosental with a zoo window and large playground. Well-kept location. Parking spaces can be found on neighboring streets. One star deducted because we were missing a few things or there weren't enough glasses. Children's stool in the bathroom, more glasses, a collection of games, radio with CD or Bluetooth, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. But that's complaining at a high level and is more intended as a suggestion for the landlord. We are used to this in the other apartments. Therefore there is a star deduction. Otherwise great!

Central location, within walking distance of the main train station, yet quiet, very spacious, modern style

Very nice apartment. Super central. Facilities a bit poor. No coffee machine. Capsules only. Information about that would have been enough.

If you like it close to the city, this is the right place for you. The zoo

We had to cancel because an operation came up. We knew that we would have to pay cancellation fees. But not that we would be charged for the final cleaning for 45 euros. Impudence!!! Because an apartment that is not in use does not have to be cleaned.
