One of the requirements for renting is that you must be able to pay three times the rent with your salary. At LIV Residential, “times 10” won't even get you a home. It probably has something to do with my foreign last name because it cannot be due to my salary. You will also not receive any feedback if you are not chosen. Even though you meet the requirements, they can reject you and you don't know why. And they use an app “Octo” that screens everything and requests ALL your data from various authorities, UWV, tax, land registry, GBA up to 20 years ago! So they also get to see that you are married and divorced. I don't know what they do with this information and why they want to know!

Smooth process of getting a house. Only issue is had to apply to a lot of them to get viewings, was too competitive, you got to be lucky, at least in The Hague.

I had an incredible experience with the LIV residential team when looking for a rental property. From start to finish, the process was incredibly efficient and professional. I applied on Tuesday and received an email with a form to fill out shortly after. To my surprise, I received an invitation to a viewing the very next day. The viewing itself was fantastic, and the real estate agent who showed us around (unfortunately, I can't recall his name) was incredibly professional and friendly. He answered all our questions in detail and made us feel at ease throughout the process. At the end of the viewing, everyone who was interested was given a link to a portal to apply for the apartment, and I applied the same day. The turnaround time was astounding - I received an offer the very next morning, on Friday. As someone who is used to lengthy rental processes in my country (France), I was amazed at how quick and painless this experience was. The whole team at LIV residential deserves congratulations for their hard work and professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend LIV residential enough for anyone looking for a rental property. They made the process incredibly easy and stress-free, and the team's efficiency and professionalism were second to none. Thank you so much for such a fantastic experience, and I hope others will have the same amazing experience I had.

I was looking for a home in Amsterdam for so long (as housing is absolutely insane here) but then I found LIV residential and got to work with Olivia. After just a few weeks I had my first viewings and now I’m sitting in my own apartment in Amsterdam!😁 I couldn’t be more happy with the process and the outcome - thank you so much LIV Residential for finding me a place but also for supporting me in every step! As a first time tenant, it was especially important to me that I had someone to guide me in all the aspects I didn’t know or think about before.

I think it is such a shame that people who want to rent a house are treated this way. Communication is terribly poor, and apparently they even find it annoying when you call to ask how the selection procedure is going. Just give clarity to everyone, whether you have become one or not! Searching for a home is difficult enough, so a little customer friendliness is appropriate since it is no longer about small change these days. I will never respond to a home through them again... very sorry.

I had the best experience with LIV residential. I was looking for a place in Amsterdam and Sarah helped me with the whole process. With the market nowadays I was worried I wasn’t gonna find anything. But in less than a month Sarah found a place for me and helped with everything very professional. I went to the viewing and it was amazing so I applied and the next days we needed to fill in the documents. After less than a week i got the place. Really happy about the service from LIV residential and especially Sarah. Thank you so much LIV residential team.

Apparently they also manage some properties in The Hague, the site, the app and everything looks slick, but the service and the level of responsibility that the company feels to serve residents well is really nil and shameful. Service costs up and service down. We live in a building with 11 floors, 6 apartments with a floor and 1 working elevator for 2.5 months and it is also out of order at all times. We keep hearing the same story, it's just sad. As a resident you simply lose out, you can't do anything. I would say, if you have a choice, don't rent through this company.

This all seems nice, but the agreements are not kept, the telephone sometimes does not seem to work and responses by email are not taken seriously. As a potential customer, I don't really feel treated with confidence. People, start making your customers satisfied, when the housing shortage is over, a different time will come!

After the viewing I had nice contact with Sarah & Olivia regarding the delivery of all requested documents. I was given more time to do this as I had to request this from my accountant. After all documents had been reviewed, Sarah called and the contract was finalized the same day. And even the key within 2 days! Very happy with our new home, Thanks Sarah & Liv Residential!
