I don’t like to be the guy to leave a bad review, I work in the food industry I get it’s not the best job in the world. But it is absurd that every single time without fail they put tomatoes on something I say no tomato on. It’s as simple as NOT putting it on there. This is easily the tenth time it’s happened here so I’m finally saying something. This is why they won’t raise minimum wage. If you want 15 an hour learn some reading comprehension.

The night shift crew has people pull forward from the window after paying to make they’re wait times look better. they then make you wait and start serving other people. Pretty annoying because you can be waiting anywhere from 5-10 mins, after you’ve already been waiting in line for 5-10 min. most times even more Update: came again and still doing this they have me and three other cars waiting bad business be better. Update number 2: they now have 6 cars waiting and more in line terrible service And it seems no one cares. There’s no structure to it because they don’t even keep track of the orders and what cars they go to. This place sucks.

The lady at the window I believe her name is Amy is rude she threw my sauce in my bag. Also everytime I order a breakfast steak crunch wrap I bare l get any steak!

Every time I go through the drive through takes longer than if I went to the super market and cooked it myself. They refuse to put meat on the food for some reason so expect nothing but lettuce and shredded cheese. Last time I went I couldn't even pull the taco out of the wrapper it was so poorly put together. Consistently bad experience; I was stunned to see this location had a 4.0 rating. Guess I'm the only one eating the food.

Pros: (1) Fairly normal taco bell Cons: (1) Slightly on the slower side (2) Didn’t include one of our cinnamon twists (3) Taco shells were cracked and fillings seemed a bit light

Messed up order twice and still didn't fix it. Had lettuce the first time. No onions, which cost me $0.60. Minimal meat and cheese. Chili cheese burrito had No onion and was not hot at all. Starry was flat and ice machine was broken (which was not disclosed whilst ordering) and was still charged! Pathetic!

They lied said they were closed as I ordered. Sat in parking lot and watched two others order. So I drove back threw, and they were out of ingredients, but still taking others orders. F@#! Taco Bell in Lenexa kansas.

Confused. We're tipping at Taco Bell drive thrus now?! Weirdest experience last night. Worker was pleasant, but casually kept mentioning how he accepted tips. Felt obligated to tip in the drive thru after he kept mentioning it. Is this a thing?! I've been here several times lately and this is the 1st experience with tipping at a Taco Bell drive thru. 🤷‍♀️

Definitely the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. The manager Pauline Mutava is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she somehow remembers her customers names and is always in a good mood.

Literally the best taco bell I've been to! Very clean, even the bathrooms! Kind people working; food was fast and fresh. This is the only TB I'll go to now. Keep up the great work!

I come here about once ever 2 weeks while I'm at work. The service is pretty consistent and the food is generally hot. I usually get the Nacho Bell Grande without tomatoes and extra cheese sauce. They got my order correct but the chips this last time we're so salty it actually burned my mouth and when I went to take another bite the burn from the salt made the spices burn horribly and had to throw out half my nachos. This was the first time I've had this issue when ordering this item. That why I'm still giving it 4 stars. The staff are always friendly!

Although there is a location that is closer to us, this Taco Bell is worth our drive. Ordering with the app is simple and easy, and convenient to pick up at the drive through. The people who work the drive through are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. This has been the case every single time. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm happy that it's open to dine in because I don't feel comfortable using my credit cards in the drive through window! However, I didn't quite got what I ordered. Two Crunchy tacos were missing even though I paid for.

Best experience! Went through the drive through around 9:30 pm tonight and the gentleman that took our order had the best sense of humor and was very professional. I wish I had gotten his name, he definitely deserves recognition!! Food was great, as well!

Now I know which Taco Bell to get my grub on at and not have to worry about getting my order in salad form when ordering tacos. Lil lady upfront is a bit rude/standoffish. Being busy was not an excuse at the time I was there either. All in all, a better place than Many I've been to.

This location has been my go to for Fast food since moving to my new house. Normally, I use the drive through, which moves pretty quickly even if it appears there’s a long line. This time, since I went in around lunch time, I anticipated a long drive through line, so I picked up inside. The experience of ordering in the app to food pickup was seamless, people were social distancing, and the staff was wearing gloves and mask. I was very happy with their efforts

On 4/28 at about 830 pm had a large order. The chalupas tasted funny so I didn’t finish them they also had only 3 pieces of chicken and all lettuce in them . My kids food was also messed up. Person taking our money and order was friendly and awesome

Love it! On my last visit I meant to order a gift card in the drive through but forgot till I got to the window. Employees were super helpful and nice even though I slowed their line a little bit. Thank you!

If the manager, Tim, is there your food will be fresh. It will be picture perfect. BUT once he leaves for the day, then leaves that level of service. It should be that way. I should be able to come anytime day or night and receive the same level of service. After all, I frequent your restaurant at least 4 times a week.

Good tasting, just wish they wouldnt give you such a upcharge for wanting chicken instead of beef.

Manager was disrespectful and very rude. He accused my sons girlfriend of being a liar and quote someone who likes to eat a lot. I don’t think she’ll ever eat at Taco Bell again and when I called to talk to him he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. You don’t even rate a 1. We’re filing a compliant with the headquarters and asking for this manager to receive the training he needs. Besides all this she didn’t even receive the correct product. Unbelievable
