Food freshly prepared, beef very tender with delicious soup base of Pho. Lemongrass pork with steam rice also very yummy and generous portion. Vietnamese style iced coffee is so soothing that it goes really well with the food! Last but not least, the sesame balls made with glutinous rice was one of a kind dessert. Our meal was complete with joy! Definitely will go back & try more of that scrumptious menu.

Fantastic lunch eaten inside the restaurant. I ordered the spicy Vietnamese Pho yesterday and the spring rolls. Everything fresh, extremely tasty, good value, and the owners are lovely and passionate about bring this cuisine to the area. I will be returning and thoroughly recommend you give it a try. It's great to have something different from all the clone restaurants in Letchworth and Hitchin!

Always want to try Vietnamese cuisine but there isn't much option around. I was born and raised in the Far East and it was a touching moment to experience food exactly the same quality as what you'd got in Vietnam. I ordered Vietnamese Steamed Rice Roll, Green Papaya Salad and Vietnamese Rice Noodle (bun). They were all served at large portion at high quality. The chef has been very passionate about food and keen to have a nice chat about Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. The Green Papaya Salad is a good shout to wake up your appetite. The steamed rice roll is a rare find in this country and it was served with home made sauce (which you should try with). The Rice Vermicille comes best with Spring roll and the herb and vegs were fresh and they were in best combo. Do look forward to tricolour coconut desert in summer! TLDR I have to start going there regularly and treat it as a personal restaurant.

Authentic Vietnamese food🥰 This is my second visit We drove for half an hour to come and totally worth it. The boss/chef is Vietnamese and he mentioned it’s “home flavour”, I haven’t been to Vietnam but this is better than all Vietnamese restaurant in Hong Kong (food paradise😝). You can tell the ingredient is fresh especially the herbs they used. I love they incorporated much vegetables in the dishes. Last time we tried Banh Xeo—crispy rice repe with stir fried veggies-5 stars Spring Roll-with taro inside-4.5 stars Pho Hue-spicy rice noodle-4 stars Tricolor coconut drink- with homemade green jelly Seasone balls This time we tried Bun-sweet and sour mixed cold noodle , we ordered with pork and it is so aromatic and balanced-5 stars Banh Cuon- steamed rice roll, chef made the rice sheet himself , the fried shallot elevates the whole dish😍-5 stars Vietnamese coffee- very refreshing with crushed ice So shame that we were so full that couldn’t order more🥲Really want to try Pho(soup noodle)😝definitely more visit in the future I recommend you to reserve a table for big group of ppl since it’s kinda full in weekends🙈

We shared three dishes betweenb two of us, a starter and a main each. The main courses were huge, served in bowls the size of a fruit bowl! One dish between the two of us would still have been to much. The food was very good and the service was excellent. So helpful and attentive. They do lunches and take outs too. Will definitely go back soon.

This is the most delicious Vietnam restaurant I have eaten in the UK which is amazing and good in price to value! The chef is Vietnamese and the owners can speak Cantonese who are very friendly and service is very good! We tried Vietnamese Spring roll (must try) , spicy noodle soup, Vietnamese rice noodle (Must try) , ice coffee , fried sesame ball. All are very good! one dishes (I forgot the name) crispy cover with beans sprouts and prawn (個樣有d似奄列咁) which is very special and seldom found in ordinary Vietnam restaurants is very yummy too! The chef also strongly recommend the Vietnamese Steam rice roll (越南腸粉) which I must order next time as we are too full already today. Hong Kongers should love it!

Absolutely delicious. Have eaten here twice and never disappointed. The pho is authentic and delicious with a complex base you can tell has been home made, stewing for hours. Have tried their spring rolls, pho, and a chicken dish. All delicious. If you dine in, they give you a little sesame desert ball which is interesting and unique as well. Great service- very attentive and caring. Can get busy on a Thursday so best to book a table.

This is the best Vietnamese food I've had in the UK! The chef and his wife are incredibly welcoming, making the dining experience even more delightful. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic dishes, but there are a few standouts you must try: the Vietnamese spring rolls with rice noodles, Banh Cuon, Papaya Salad, and Sesame Balls with red bean paste are all exceptional. My wife and I have been so impressed that this place has quickly become our favourite restaurant. We find ourselves returning at least once a week to indulge in the amazing cuisine and warm atmosphere. If you're in the mood for authentic Vietnamese flavours served by wonderful people, look no further. Five stars all the way!

The food is very delicious and the service attitude of the boss is top-notch. Fried spring rolls and steamed rice rolls are definitely recommended. Will definitely come again

Pho house replaces a long standing (and poor) Chinese restaurant The small menu means each dish is very good packed with flavour and well presented. 3 dishes. All hot and tasty Will return.

Sweet mum and pop shop (family owned) - the waitress at this store is so kind and attentive! And the food is delicious! The pho broth has a lot of flavour yet is not overwhelming! - great if you're feeling under the weather! Highly recommend the Vietnamese spring rolls! And the pork with rice dish!!! We came back 2 days in a row!
