Visited for light dinner May 2022. Superb place. Busy and lots of atmosphere. Pizzas are excellent. Pics are an Americana pizza - rich flavour, spicy hot - and a potted ice chocolate ice cream. House wine on the side. Good value.

First off the food is very good so 5 stars for that , but the place is very busy (probably because of the good food) and service suffers . Our meals were brought out and literally chucked on the table, not asked if we wanted any salt or pepper , this happened with both starter and main , not asked if we wanted another drink with empty glasses and when they did come over and ask if we wanted to see the pudding menu (we did) they forgot, coming back 20 mins later with the bill. Good food rushed service to sum up .

Had a wonderful meal on Saturday night booked a table as its always very busy .staff very helpful food superb .family business so always attentive to customers with plenty of waiters buzzing around .always birthdays going on so lots of laughter and singing. Will be back .

Great customer service! It’s like eating at home!! Fatto a casa!! You can even have special requests and they will try to make it happen. For example, fugazza pizza is not on their regular menu, but as they have the ingredients, they made it happen 🥳. It’s our favourite restaurant in Letchworth! 😁

L’Artista… Very lovely Italian restaurant, food went down like a treat. I had SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE, huge portion and it was spectacularly delicious. Staff is extremely catering even gave me extra pepper and CHEESE! May I mention, extremely great value too!

Very busy, best to book even on a week day. The food is nice, although it's a little bit industrial in its theme. They are very popular, and it can get noisy inside.

Great tasting and fresh Italian food with huge portions. L'Artista has a real authentic feel, quick service and great food at reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back.

Food was amazing, the pizzas are huge, and fresy made, and the other dishes have such generous portions. It was very busy on a Sunday afternoon which shows how popular it is. Friendly staff, quick service. Definitely recommend. There is parking nearby in a car park.

What an absolute find. This place was busy on a Monday night whilst the rest of Letchworth was virtually dead. After getting my food I now know why. The atmosphere is quite retro and lively. I had a four cheese pizza, which genuinely was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. I was dining alone and they brought my food out quickly knowing that I didn’t really want to sit on my own in a busy restaurant. The service was fantastic. You can see the pizzas being made from fresh dough whilst sitting at your table. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for lunch with public car park nearby. Went there while visiting Hitchin Lavender farm. Very friendly staff and food was amazing with very large portions. Great place for groups and if you have family lunches. We ordered Calzone, roasted lamb and lobster linguine - they are must tries. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area

Popped in for the first time on a Saturday lunchtime as passing by. They were really busy, which is always a good sign, but fitted us in. Family friendly and nice atmosphere. Really great service from the team, fresh food and generous servings. Will be back.

12.09.2022 Yum! Old fashioned decor but family run and authentic Italian. Lovely food and service. Reasonably priced. Big portions! 2 birthdays last night and lots of fuss made by the restaurant 😃 Would highly recommend. Not fancy, not OTT pricing, very down to earth and lovely to see it busy on a week night - always a good sign.

Ordered a takeaway today. Quick service only 30 mins from ordering to collection. Food was delicious hot and large portions. Service was fab and would 100% recommend. Great for all age ranges as menu is varied. Will be going again soon xx

Great restaurant with a big and varied menu selection of freshly cooked Italian food. Generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options too. It was very busy when we visited on a Friday night, but there were plenty of staff on hand and service was fast and friendly. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic meal, this may not be the place for you though as it's quite noisy. It was perfect for our group of 9. All in all a great restaurant and I'm sure I'll be back sometime. 👍

Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff I had pizza it was very good and I finished it all the dough was very tasty. One star off as pudding was advertised as a sundae with chocolate sauce and several scoops of ice cream. I got one scoop on a glass dish and a wafer, no hint of chocolate sauce. My friend for the same price opted for a choice or three scoops of ice cream.

A group of 5 of us had dinner here last night. We loved it. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is huge, and the portions are generous. None of that should detract from the fact the food is delicious! Pizza, pasta, seafood.. the lot. They also do takeaway!

I’ve been to this sweet Italian restaurant a handful of times since moving to Bedfordshire. It is hands down my favourite go-to restaurant. Myself and my partner have had birthday meals here and it has been nothing but consistent. The service is exceptional. The food is delicious and so reasonably priced for the quality and the portion sizes. If you’re looking for a local Italian with an authentic taste and a warm atmosphere, this is for you!

Lovely family run Italian restaurant. We've been a few times now and the staff are always welcoming. Food portions are big and it's reasonably priced.

Good customer service, huge portions for pasta but small portions for meat dishes. Lovely food would give five stars if they had a more diverse menu or higher customer service.
