I got a really good serving of the food I wanted and the service was great also really enjoyed the Bubble tea

We had Edo Japan this weekend. I ordered Sukiyaki Beef and my boyfriend had beef and shrimp. It was like a fast food restaurant. After we ordered them, the cook began to cook our dishes. The food came very fast and fresh. Tasty and Yummy.

By far the worst experience I have ever had trying to order food. I hardly ever write reviews. I will never ever go here again. I didn't even get to order my lunch. The staff are the rudest people to talk to. I wanted the beef noodle bowl and asked if I could add a half scoop of beef broth to it. Long story short NO is the answer. Didn't think that was hard or something that I needed 3 staff members to rudely respond about. Never ever trying right eat there again.

Worst food and worst service of my life! Two guys who stood chatting to themselves and were then rude enough to tell my friend to stand somewhere else because she wasn't ordering. When he asked me if I wanted extra sauce I said 'sure' and he shrugged his shoulders and didn't give me any... My food was disgusting, the brown rice was mushy and tasted off, the grated carrots were dried out, so I through it in the bin. Normally I'd have taken it back but the bad mood that guy was in is off putting, I just wont go again and I'll be sure to tell everyone else to stay away too!

Wish they had vegetarian sushi with all the fillings.

Three meals ordered. Not busy and fully staffed. All meals had questionably undercooked chicken. Dirty kitchen...past time to upgrade to the new Edo standard. We frequent many Edo's across the country. This was the worst one I have been to.

The food was cold, the deep fried tempura was uncooked and they refused to heat up the food when requested.
