    I had incapacitating headache pain on Thursday and I was denied care at hospital because I wasn't registered anywhere, had to improvise at home. I went to SGE Strijip on Friday to register and receive the care I needed and they said I would had to wait for "an appointment next week". I insisted that the pain was unbearable and the hospital wouldn't care, and didn't make any difference. I would never trust a doctor that doesn't consider another human's well being a priority.

    Worst GP with worst people and worst management. The government should ban these GPs or, cancel their license untill and unless they can provide quality service. Having a GP like this is worse than having no GP. Atleast they don't harass you.

    I pay almost 200 € per month to a Dutch health insurance provider and I have NEVER been able to talk to an actual doctor at this health centre. I only get to speak with a secretary, who decides by herself whether I should talk or have an appointment with a doctor or not. It’s always a “no”. In the Netherlands you have to be almost dying to be taken seriously. This is a well-known issue here. If you want to make an appointment with the doctor directly online, there is a waiting list of more than 2 weeks. Furthermore, their advice regarding quarantine and isolation days differs from the GGD official guidelines.

    poor medical advice, need to coach them into giving the right diagnosis + I have to wait 45m every time, then I was 10m late once and they cancel my appointment

    This is a TERRIBLE practice. The ladies at the telefon do their best NOT to help you and filter you out, because they know they all get paid anyway by our insurances every month, even if we don't visit the doctor. My son is coughing for 3.5 weeks and could not get an appointment with my GP (dr. Herijgers is great doctor and the only reason I stay in this practice for years). They first asked for a PCR test, although I said we have all negative self tests. To make a PCR these days in Eindhoven takes days to arrange and finally I did that in Helmond, which was of course negative. Then I called again (3rd time for this case) only to get an appointment after 10 days, because he had only coughing and that was not serious. Even though I said he had a serious lung disease few months ago and I was worried if he got it back. They simple do not care. They should really change the guidance they give to their telephonists and they should let us see our GP on time.

    Very poor service...there printer don't work.. my docters/gp was in hurry...she did not understand me...don't give you time....doesn't give prescription also...say it will be sent via mail...but dont send the mail also...and while consultation say you 2 medicines and many test but when referencing.....some test and medicines are missing.....I hated it here....it wasted our time....

    Very unprofessional. For my first visit, i had to wait outside for more than 10 minutes during my second visit, unfortunately i was late for 2 minutes. i checked at the reception, the lady was very rude at me for being 2 minutes late. I am aware of my mistake being late, but i have all my rights to ask for the possibility of having an appointment. Soo disappointed

    Very very bad huisarts center, no respect to your time they always send you to training GP. Which they have no experience at all . A lot of mistakes in diagnoses and descriptions After one year I had enough of them . Your health is precious don’t let those ruin it.

    Near Strijp-S, i don't have any complaints about this point. Doctors are the same everywhere, always only paracetamol.

    You really need to wait here before you get your appointment. Then you need to wait in a queue as soon as you get there. Don't even hope that they will make an exception for a fever of you baby. On the 3d day we managed to get through but even not to the assigned huisarts. I do think that gemente needs to have a better look on the density of people in this area. And I hope SGE strijp will notify gemente on the high workload in the area to get more resources. 3 stars for now.
