    Rooms were clean and comfortable but the stake ar reception and in dining room were extremely rude and arrogant I would never recommend staying there

    Selbst dieser eine Stern ist noch zuviel. Null Sterne konnte man leider nicht vergeben. Schade. 2,75 h für ein lachhaftes Dreigängemenü, bei dem die Nachspeise noch tiefgefroren war !!! In einem 4* Hotel erwartet man wenigstens eine Menüauswahl. Zumindest die Wahl aus zwei Gerichten. Das Personal im Restaurant war dauerhaft überlastet. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

    overall, the rooms are pretty clean. but! There is no coffee machine and kettle in the rooms. Toilet paper left 30cm

    Without a doubt a worst hotel ever stayed at ! It is so dirty it's beyond believe ! Please check my pictures... Ladies at the reception hardly know what they doing... Never ever again !!!

    Lovely stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and a good breakfast available. An ideal location to explore the area and you can rent an e-chopper/bike to go around. Amersfoort at 10 min distance.

    Nicht der Brüller, aber ganz okay. Hatten das Hotel als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Mofa-Tour Richtung Ansterdam gebucht.

    VORSICHT - und bei einer Buchung gaaaanz genau hinschauen!!! Habe 2 Zimmer für meinen Bruder und mich gebucht. 3 Tage später, am 15.06. zerschlug sich der Plan, zum 60. Geburtstag unserer Schwester anzureisen und ich musste die Zimmer stornieren. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Stornierungsfrist bereits am 10.06. abgelaufen sei. Seltsam, denn gebucht hatte ich am 12.06. und die Anreise wäre erst in 2 Tagen gewesen, also am 17.06. 100% der Kosten wurden in Rechnung gestellt - ABZOCKE PUR, DEM HOTEL SIND NULL KOSTEN ENTSTANDEN UND ICH HABE NULL LEISTUNGEN IN ANSPRUCH GENOMMEN !!!!!! Mit einer "normalen Stornogebühr" könnte ich einverstanden sein, aber nicht mit solchen Methoden! DAHER DIE DRINGENDE WARNUNG: vor der Buchung dieses Hotels alles ganz genau prüfen - oder gleich ganz woanders buchen - wäre wahrscheinlich sicherer. Der eine Stern kommt nur, damit ich diese Bewertung posten kann! In Wahrheit hat ein solches Verhalten des Hotels MINUS 5 STERNE verdient. ********************************************* Danke für Ihre Erklärungsversuche - aber ich bleibe dabei: EUER VORGEHEN IST REINE ABZOCKE! Ihr habt KEINE (NULL!!!!!!) LEISTUNGEN erbracht und dennoch vollen Preis berechnet - und das scheinbar ohne schlechtes Gewissen, weil irgend etwas komplett veraltetes in euren AGB steht... LIEBE HOTELSUCHENDE, MEINE WARNUNG BLEIBT BESTEHEN: WENN IRGENDEIN RISIKO BESTEHT, DAS IHR DOCH UNERWARTET STORNIEREN MÜSST, DANN BUCHT EUCH BESSER IN EINEM HOTEL EIN, WO DIE INHABER MIT DER ZEIT GEGANGEN SIND UND KUNDEFOKUS GELERNT HABEN !!!

    Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung der Zimmer-die Bedienung im Restaurant stets freundlich und auf jeden Wunsch eingehend. Bis Amsterdam ca 50km -der kleine Ort selbst sehr ruhig -Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

    Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung wirkt alt. Die Betten sind bequem. Viele Zimmertüren klemmen und die Keycards versagen immer wieder. Im Badezimmer ist nicht viel Platz, die Badewanne inkl. Dusche ist nicht für große Menschen geeignet. Aufgrund des Duschvorhangs ist nach dem Duschen immer der Boden nass. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr gut, die Portionen sind aber nicht sehr groß.

    Beautiful and quaint hotel. Lots of history in this building. The breakfast is a must. It is filled with all kinds of wonderful breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, etc. The rooms are nice and well-kept and the staff is very friendly. Be aware that most rooms do not have air conditioning. This is jot normally an issue in this area except for my last stay during the heat wave. I was able to get a fan to help out but it was still very warm - almost too warm to sleep. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay if you find yourself in the Hoevelaken area.

    Quite and calm place to sleep and relax after a busy day. It’s quite far from the city but ok so far. Bed are comfy, clean toilet, big room with modern amenities. Very courteous staff. Good breakfast. They have spa facility in the same premises. Parking is available.

    We came there and "manager of hotel" pick up is from reception, they asked if we want wellness (that was reason to use this hotel) we booked wellness for 2 hours, extra 30e for 2 people, after that we were in appartementen, they called us, that wellness is not possible anymore because they have renovatie till 1. Of December..... View on street without balcony, morning breakfast fine but I missed vegetables... There was 3 sort of salami 3 sort of cheeses, I was in many hotels but I will for sure call there and arrange money back, we came there because of wellness and they don't said true on reception!!! Not Fear from my side... IAM sorry, that I don't have pictures but I was so surprised from all situation..... And too tired..... Try hotel but after 01-12-2022..... follow me on instagraam for more photos b.schroner :)

    Arrive at 21:00 after a full day of travelling to get here only to find that the kitchen already closed and no way of getting any food. Not even a reduced room service menu; do not recommend if travelling for business.

    1 start for the bad service. We ordered dinner via room service QR code, after 30 minutes we asked for status and was told that the order was not placed (even though it was confirmed at checkout). I asked for alternatives and the receptionist offered: 1) order again after 1 hour, 2) go outside to eat, because restaurant is full and Thuisbezorgd / food delivery is not allowed. We were too hungry and went out for dinner. When coming back, I went to reception to give feedback: if QR code doesn't work, take it out from the room. But the receptionist didn't want to take any note, didn't say anything like sorry and said coldly: "if you want to give feedback, you can write email to my manager or you can leave a review online." This feedback really annoyed me, seems like they prefer I leave a bad review online than taking any action by themselves. So here you go, a bad review, we will never come back to Fletcher hotels.

    Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Maybe it's an idea tot renovate the rooms? 🤔 Want to take some fresh air? Go to the Hoevenlakense forrest with his Castle for a small walk. Oh, and don't forget to take your wooden shoes(clogs) with you? 😉

    I put every day, clean my room to be cleaned and every day it was not well done, the bathroom was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced during the days.Some personal are very sympathic same Mr Filip. During for 3 days, I wanted to talk to the manager and she was there and never spoke to me. The Manager Mrs Sattia, promess me a lot but never she called me or speaked with me. My clothes is stoled on my room and she promess me to compensdate this and after 4 days i dont receive NOTHING and she is not present !!!!

    The rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable, although the one thing missing in the rooms is air conditioning; on a hot summer's day it's hard to bare..as I recently experienced.

    Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Nice, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Check in didn't go very smoothly, the lady at the Front Desk didn't seem to care too much about providing a good service.

    Decent hotel, however... they had a good deal from vakantieveilingen... so I thought... it said 'choose out of 90 hotels', we could pick 3... So the hotel is good but fletcher overall is not

    Great offer of deserts and snacks, I had coffee and velvet cake and I don't know which one was more lekker :) service is amazing, and it's a nice calm place.
