Awful place, we had been waiting for one hour when we decided to leave. We asked the waitress where our order was, 2 portions of chips and a tartine....but she didn't care and pretended they were too busy that day (tuesday lunch Time). Too busy to look after us but not the clients who ordered after us, and even paid before we got our order. When we paid for the only thing we got, a bottle of water, we found our order left on the counter... No excuse from the owner who talked to us on our way out....

Very central and nice terrasse. Food was good. Nonetheless it took 55 min to get two orders of bitterbamls and tosti's, and another 15min to settle the bill. Servers were doing there best, but still quite unacceptable.

Service was good although the wine glass dripped on my white pants they were very accommodating to take the dry cleaning cost. Nice terrace.

Half of the stuff we ordered wasn't available so we ordered the nachos and when they got served they forgot the jalapeños. But they didn't forget they were out of jalapeños but just didn't mention it. We each got one drink on the house, that was nice. The nachos were all right though although lacking spiciness

Bistro 't Kannetje serves good meals. The hamburgers are a bit greasy yet tasty. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Not too expensive. And nothing can beat the surroundings being at the center of the old town of Amersfoort. Please like this review if found useful. Thank you.

Average, service was ok and food ok. Wouldn't choose to make it a regular visit unless I was living in the city.

Food was nice but the service was abysmal. Completely rude and utterly slow. We asked if we can have a little water for the dog and the answer was "Nooooo" and the waiter left the table immediately. Definitely, not recommend with this kind of service.

See. Here's the thing. If you're the maitre'd as I suppose the less than friendly man who seemed in charge was, you need to support your staff. The lovely young man who served us was given a row for seating us where he knew we should be with a dog, moved us as his boss told him to, then had to take us back to where we started. Because his "boss" is a fool. Perhaps his boss will go. But I expect it will be the nice young man who leaves. And makes something real good of himself. Other staff amazing. Food average. But so were the prices. Boss didn't even respond to a "goodbye". Oaf.

Had a nice meal here. Polite staff.

Good location Nice Food Service not so good

I didn't even get to experience the food here. What we did experience was the rudest and most unprofessional server I have ever encountered. While scanning my QR code she was arguing with me about my surname. She wouldn't accept that I have a double-barrel surname. I was ready to pull out my identification to end her abusive attitude but then decided why would I pay to eat at an establishment like this? Such a pity. Maybe some staff training is required here?

Great place to spend your evening. A lot of different beers are available. The special taste is the sour beer which reboot your taste cells and is a great experience to make.

Good food, great service, and lovely place to grab lunch or a nice dinner. I had dinner with my brother and his wife here 2 times, we had perfectly cooked steakes and ice cold beers in the sun. Reasonably priced food and happy smiles by the staff!:))

Very poor service We have waited for over an hour only to get the waitress say that they are busy even if customer came after us had their meals and left! They couldn’t even take into consideration that we have 2 kids… I wouldn’t recommend this place 😓

Great place for good food. The same food but different. The names on the menu are nice, problem is that when brought the are called different. That makes it a bit confusing to find out who ordered what.

Excelent beers and attention. Service top. Delicious and well cooked beef.
