Extremely
appaling,
rude,
and
aggresive
service.
Check
this
out.
I'm
standing
in
line
waiting
to
be
helped
at
the
end
of
the
evening.
There
are
five
people
busying
themselves
at
the
counter
and
we're
waiting
to
be
helped.
The
customer
in
front
of
me
is
called
down
to
the
end
of
the
counter
to
which
he
responds
"thanks
for
helping,
I
was
wondering
when
I
would
be
helped
with
five
of
you
working".
I
thought
to
myself
"well
that's
true
but
this
customer
is
a
bit
stuffy,
he's
probably
a
tourist
used
to
american
customer
service"
For
me
though,
I
am
used
to
waiting
and
the
different
customer
service
here,
been
living
here
10
years.
I
was
fine.
It
was
my
turn
to
checkout
next
and
I
walked
up
paid
for
an
item
I
purchased
in
store.
I
asked
about
an
item
I
prepaid
for
online
and
I
was
told
it
was
at
the
service
counter.
So
now
we
are
approaching
19:00
closing
time
and
I
walk
back
to
the
counter
to
which
an
employee
very
rudely
tells
me
I
need
to
leave
because
it's
19:00
and
the
store
is
closed.
I
expained
I
was
at
the
other
checkout
waiting
to
pick
up
my
purchase
and
was
directed
to
the
back
of
the
store
and
the
clock
at
literally
just
struck
19:00,
to
which
he
responded
"yea
well
come
back
tomorrow
and
pick
it
up".
I
had
to
negotiate
my
way
awkwardly
with
another
employee
to
pick
up
my
purchase,
a
transaction
that
only
took
a
second.
I
stood
there
thinking,
I've
been
waiting
patiently
to
be
helped
at
the
checkout
and
now
you're
being
rude
about
me
being
here
to
pick
up
my
purchase.
Customer
service
is
not
the
right
job
for
this
guy.
He
didn't
just
ask
me
to
leave,
he
was
very
aggresive
and
looked
ready
to
fight
over
this.
Lol
I
walked
out
and
passed
him
and
told
him
in
a
very
aggressive
way
"HAVE
A
GREAT
NIGHT
YEA?!!
"
That
was
so
silly,
get
this
guy
out
of
there
