This hotel so bad they charge extra money for nothing no toilet paper for foreigners and the bedsheet was small and they speak other language that foreigners font know so they can scam us there was shouting and a animal came and ate our food this hotel is not worth go some where else than this they day not to turn on air conditioner when it is very hot hot they say they do sevice but it is a lie they threaten us saying that they will take us to jail this hotel was more like a junk place there was a dead cockroach and in the toilet there was pee everywhere. Guys i swear if anyone comes here be prepared for your funeral.broo like this place was so poor that they could not afford to fix the toilet lock so when ever you shower someone could come in and the room had glass at the front next to the door so people could come in and tickle your toes when your sleeping and it was openable dogs where barking when you were sleeping you could here people running

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The customer service was extremely bad like bro they are mad.There was a whole army of cockroaches under the bed . The TV ain’t working and the bathroom door ain’t closing . When I slept in the hotel , I heard knocking and screaming next to my room . Also , there was dogs barking and cats eating my food . The waitress ting are Karens bro . They charged us extra money and threaten us to police . And the hotel was dirty than mud . And there safety is extremely bad . And bro if ur going there good luck ur going to heaven !

I stayed in your hotel last Monday in room number 31 room was very very dirty with lots of cobwebs and dust in every corner bath room was horrible look like public wash room in Kandy city. Need someone's supervision before release it to the guest's, I have informed the lady who was in reception at the checkout but i have noticed she din not care it. i am sure you can improve the standards of this property i the future.

It was really good except for WiFi, no WiFi No TV, Have TV but no channels set up no Dialog TV or local TV programs set up but the rooms are totally good full Ac and so comfortable Beds, Hotel Neits is good at an average level and would be great if Hotel Neits can give WiFi and TV Too, Price is also okay, The View from the Balcony is also perfect

Very poor service, cleanness bed room, bed sheets & bath room. Very small room, rooms are not standard like photos added by hotel staff. No satalite tv, no phone, cleannes glasses. Very poor hotel

Be sure to search some information before you accommodate this place. All most all the rooms are in very bad condition. We booked the place and it was the same rates as other well conditioned hotels. But we were confused after checking it physically. Immediately we cancelled and returned. Place has a good view.

Dirty floor. Mopped upon my request . Linen was unreliable even they repeatedly said to have changed. But my previous 2 visits were fairly ok. May be lack of staff during pandemic. Any way I will not visit the place again.

Only slept there for the night as j had a wedding to Attend. Rooms should be cleaned well and basic bedding was missing.. beautiful view

I am a wedding photographer and the reception I get from this company when I go to take photos of a wedding couple is very disgusting. I have been to a large number of hotels before and I have received a very good reception. But the way I looked at myself through this organization was like looking at a thief. The couple who came to spend their honeymoon were also dissatisfied with the management of the institution. Very sad .🤔😥

Nice view, calm and cheap budget place near kandy town rooms available 4500Rs and upward .. with balcony/ TV/ Small refrigerator /and tea coffee ... foods and bevarage.. Friendly staff..

Lovely place to stay in Nuwara. Spacious and cozy rooms with friendly staff. All rooms have a balcony space with a serene view of the hillside. In house meal prep also available.

This is the worstest hotel we'd ever being. Charges are high as 5 star but the service is unpleasant. Think twice before you go there. Rooms are smell like toilets. Their staff also worst as their hotel. Not worth as the charge.

Not worth the price. had a very bad experience recently. left the place 2 hours after check in only after paying the full amount. the owner didn't even have the dignity to reduce the charges. Considering that we leaving the place. never recommend the place to anyone.

Place was good for normal stay. Its a budget place actually. Only thing is the main door closes in the night and opens @7.00AM morning.
