We only stayed 1 night in serenity hill oasis, but we were sad that we couldn't stay for another night. This brand new hotel has een excellent location. The manager is so kind, he really wants to do everything to make you feel comfortable. The room was really clean and has a balcony with a fabulous view over the hills and the river. I would definitely recommend this place. +++++

I really wouldn‘t recommend the place. We had some bad experience, especially with the service staff who started arguing with us. Furthermore we got the leftovers from others for breakfast (see picture, that‘s how it was served), there was a hair on the fruit platter, the warm water didn‘t work and a few other things. However, the worst thing was when we mentioned the critical points in our review, they personally insulted us in a very bad way which is absolutely not acceptable. I wouldn‘t book here again.

The hotel is so modern so clean and spacious. I just love the staff is too friendly they will help you with anything. The bath was so spacious and clean. Above all the view from the balcony was just awesome. Enjoy.

Our stay at Serenity Hill was extremely pleasant. Our room were clean and tidy. Jayantha and her staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to organising transport for city visits and different tours. Breakfast was deliciious and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Kandy in the future!

It is Heaven. We stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed a lot, nice mountain and lake view. Owner was very nice and helpful, especially food was awesome.

I’ve enjoyed every single second in this guest house, very very friendly, lovely and responsive staff. The view was extraordinary, the service was the best. I hope to visit this place again in the future. Best place in Kandy so far.
