It's a wonderful hotel with friendly, Perfect stay from start to finish. The gentleman at reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for myself.Room, bedding and bathroom clean and comfortable. Bathroom with all quality necessities. Great value for money, located close to the city center, Dalada Maligawa, Wewa rawma which is about a 2-5 minutes drive. highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The location is great, not in the centre, but in front of the lake, though if you get the room with a balcony there is a kindergarden just in front that is quite noisy in the morning! The man who works there is lovely, the hotel has potential, but it’s really badly kept. The room was not exactly clean, the bathroom dirty, there is mould on the walls, Internet hasn’t worked for two days. It’s a real pity because it might be a perfect place to enjoy Kandy.

I've now stayed here twice as the location is fantastic and the owner is so welcoming. Right by the lake but set off from the road, it is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is really good and the space upstairs is lovely in the morning. Possibility the greatest perk at this time is that the hotel always has power because it is so close to the Temple!

Great place at the center of the city. Best hospitality experienced ever. Room bedding and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. Great value for the price.

It right in the Kandy town and their service was great. I didn't order either breakfast or dinner from their. But got a small snack from there. It's great. So their food must be great. There is no big parking space. But can park around 4 cars. Calm and quite place. Very relaxing

Strictly not recommended, it is a fraud. They lie about the price on Booking and then they don't want you to pay this price but the double. I found a lezard on my bed, i was bitten by ants during the night, and the shower has a very very very very low debit.

Great value for the price. Clean and comfortable. Owners were really nice and super helpful with all our needs (ordering food and a good price and friendly tuktuk to go to touristic attractions out of the city)

The room they gave us was really bad. No clean at all. We had to ask them to clean our toilet seat as well. And didnt have good water pressure in the morning. Very bad place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay in a great location. This is the perfect place to stay in Kandy for anyone looking for accommodation within a medium to low budget. The rooms are large, clean and have double doors that lead out on to private balconies. There are choices of rooms with or without aircon and TV's. Large bathrooms with good hot / cold showers. The beds are a really good size and we slept well during our 3 night stay here. The building is really nice! There are communal seating areas inside and outside in a large balcony area, which are both really nice. There ate also communal TV's on all floors. Breakfast here is optional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking for cars, scooters and tuk tuk's too. The location is fantastic! Right next to the lake and a very short walk to the main shops and restaurants. We felt that the price was really good for accommodation of this quality and would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Kandy for a few days!

Stayed here two nights. The place is pretty new so the rooms are very well kept. Nice big bathroom and balcony. You can take breakfast for 2 USD more. Very good position 10 Min walking distance from kandy city centre and the tooth temple. They'll offer you coffee on arrival, it's one of the best I've tried here in Sri Lanka
