I've
been
ordering
from
Redspice
via
Uber
Eats
and
PickMe
for
a
while
now,
and
I
have
to
say
that
their
kottu
and
fried
rice
are
simply
amazing.
So
when
I
finally
had
the
chance
to
visit
their
restaurant
in
person,
I
was
blown
away
by
the
deliciousness
of
their
food.
The
kottu
was
expertly
prepared,
with
good
pieces
of
chicken
and
a
perfect
balance
of
spices
(Nai
mirice)
and
aromatics.
The
fried
rice
was
equally
impressive,
with
a
medley
of

chunks
of
meat
that
added
depth
and
flavor
to
every
bite.
What
I
love
most

of

who

go
out
of

though
I
didn't
get
to
experience
the
restaurant's
atmosphere
during
my
visit,
I'm
sure

as

food
and
service.
