Rehabbed hotel and you can tell. Looks worn. Breakfast was okay, dark coffee was good. No HD TV in our room TV didn't work in the fitness room

Very nice and clean room! Lobby, elevators, pool/hot tub area was so clean! Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly! We enjoyed our weekend here.

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Worth every penny!

I was traveling it's my wrestling club and needed 4 rooms, I booked the rooms with the hotel and told them I wanted 2 sets of rooms that were joined by the interior door. They said that would be available. When we checked in the rooms were not adjoining. They offered to try to call other hotels in the area to fix this but it was midnight after driving all day so we just split it up the heat we could.

Stayed here to go to the West Virginia State Fair, and found it very clean, well maintained, and their ♿ accessible suite was excellent. Had no trouble moving around. The desk agents were very nice, and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, and every single employee there were extremely nice! Cody helped me several times, he was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. Tina was fantastic. They really made this day enjoyable!

Decor and design is a bit outdated but it was a comfortable place to stay. I hated the pillows, they were mushy and I woke up multiple times during the night. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room was clean which I appreciated. The fridge was hidden in the cabinet. Whenever I opened the door, it moved or I hit my knuckle on the cabinet because of the tight space.

At check in the young man at the desk seemed pleasant. We are traveling with 2 other couples and our rooms were on the 3rd floor and clean, Room 305 had a little odor, but we sprayed air freshener and it was ok. The hallways were I heated as you got off the elevator and very cold when we checked in 11/3/23. The air seemed to be running on a very high blowing force and was extremely cold air on the 3rd floor in the common areas. When we returned to the desk to ask the young male front desk attendant to please adjust the hallway temperature on 3rd floor, his tone and attitude toward us discounted our request and our concerns, in fact, he was rude and discourteous. He told us that it was not cold and the heat was on and walked away from the desk. There was a new female attendant at the desk and she was coming on duty. We also asked about cookies that most Hampton Inns provide as a snack in the late afternoons, he told us that “he had been too busy to make cookies” and he never offered that he would make cookies at any time? said he had had a busy day a was not making cookies. My wife told him that she would call Hilton corporate office and he told her to go head and call them. His disposition was not worthy of a front desk attendant. We felt unwelcome and that he wished we would go away and leave him alone as he walked away from us. His customer service skills are poor. The other employees I met were very nice and considerate. They also agreed it was very cold in the halls but only the front desk could adjust the thermostats and the young lady that came on duty latter that evening did make cookies and was very nice. We have always stayed at Hampton Inns when we travel. This experience was certainly an outlier and unfortunate. Mr. and Mrs. Williams room 305

Perfect location for a midway stop in our travel. They are pet friendly and actually have carpet. Our dog is TERRIFIED of tile/hard surfaces. Once we got him in the elevator, he loved it too. There is an indoor pool with hot tub and a workout room with various equipment.

Clean with great breakfast and nice crew. Hot tub and heated indoor pool, had it all to myself for 2 nights.

Shelvy the night front desk work was the absolute best person I met on our trip. She made the trip honestly. She is beyond hilarious & incredibly kind. First time in Lewisburg and would most definitely stay at the Hampton again long as ol shelvy is working there still!! She the entire reason this place got 5 stars. 💯👏🏻👍🏻

Extremely friendly staff. My boyfriend works here as a night auditor and housekeeping assistant. Every time I’ve stopped by to bring him lunch, the employees are so kind, conversational, and familiar.

Stayed there 2/1 --- DONT ANYONE STAY HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS AND DON'T CARE!! When I informed the front desk staff I was told- all hotels have bed bugs!! I stay at Hiltons more then 100 nights a year and this is the first and their poor attitude and no customer service makes it worse. Now the Manager is ducking my calls- having the staff say she's not in. DONT STAY IN THIS BED BUG INFESTED CESSPOOL

Could not have asked for a better experience from this hotel. The room was spotless, as well as the lobby. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and the grill and fire pit on the patio was a very nice touch that made the cool evening very relaxing. The staff and the manager at this hotel is top notch! 10/10 would recommend staying here! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

amazing stay great place easy checkin room was clean spacious and comfortable the pool and hot tub were clean clear warmand perfect temps. breakfast was good had a good selection. free 24hr coffee tea and hot coco staff was amazing friendly and helpfull. we will be returning for another hopefully longer stay soon Thank You

We loved our stay here as well as our little girl that loved the pool. Staying here gave us time to visit with family tha5 live in Lewisburg. Our room was nice and the employees were great. They took care of our every need. The hot full breakfast was wonderful every single day. The weekends were the best breakfasts. They had extra food to eat.

Clerk too frustrated to welcome us. We checked in late and weren’t recognized as Diamond Members. Didn’t get complimentary drinks/snacks until I started looking over at them. Room good though. Breakfast was decent, not great. Had better at other Hamptons we’ve stayed at.

Great stay, clean room, friendly staff. Our car broke down and they were kind enough to accept a pizza delivery at the front desk before we arrived, as well as arrange a ride to the mechanic the next day so we didn’t have to walk two miles in the rain. Really awesome hotel staff.

Hotel has a pool and hot tub. It has the worst gym in any hotel ever. It's a broken treadmill, an electrical, a bike, and some medicine balls in a closet. The fire pit is broken. The staff was super nice. The lobby is nice and so we're the rooms. I asked for housekeeping every night of my stay and never got it. Instead a bag of plantain chips and trash magically appeared on my dresser while I was gone. I can only assume someone took their break their or pretended to clean it and took a break and left them behind. It is unsettling that someone was in my room that shouldn't have been. If it weren't for this it would've been a great experience.

This was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The staff was nice! You could tell they actually liked where they worked and took pride in their jobs! The only negative is the rate. Online it showed $136 but when I called to reserve the room she said it was $163. I advised the lady that when I reserved it the website said a different amount but she said they do not price match, it was from their own website.

I can not stress enough that we have stayed here so many times now due to a unexpected that had us have to leave our local home over Easter week and then recently an issue with electrical work being done at our rental home how incredibly pleasant everything is here. It's become our go to home away from home. The landscaping, interior is always spotless, the rooms are pristine and comfortable and the pool is enjoyed by my son. Every employee is kind and the breakfasts are healthy and they have options for people like me with dietary restrictions and allergies along with a sheet providing what foods they have for restrictions. There's always hot tea, chocolate and coffee 24 hours too. This is in my top 5% of best hotels overall we have ever stayed in.
