Been here for almost 10 days. The service has been amazing. The only complaint is the night maintenance guy. I've had 2 experiences with him. The second one was unpleasant on how he treated the sweet lady that was working when we requested to have the fire pit turned on. We and her didn't know that it got turned on at 730. And that his "lunch" was at 7-730. He was very rude to us and extremely rude to her. Other than that guy. 100% would recommend. Rooms are clean. Staff is GREAT. All front desk staff has been more than accommodating. 10/10 recommend.

Having stayed in many, many similar hotels, I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here. Jeromy and the team are so kind and there are so many thoughtful touches (like oat milk for your coffee and adjustable lighting in the rooms). It is also one of the cleanest and most well-kept hotels of its kind that I’ve stayed in.

We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and choose this one specifically for the energetic professionalism we have received from the very first phone call. I think Brittany took care of us initially and helped us get acclimated and settled in with a smile. The rooms have always been clean, great breakfast. The pool, weight room is great. Cleaning supplies provided if desired. Angie has pretty much helped us out the remaining visits and has treated me and my children like family. We get excited when we see her behind the desk ! The accommodations and home atmosphere is very welcoming and have not been pleased more at this location than I have with many years of traveling. The rooms have always been great, clean and comfortable. I always as precaution clean everything before we touch the remote light switches etc. no complaints !! Great job housekeeping!! Very clean hotel, easy on and off highway. Staff is very pleasant and courteous!! Room was clean and comfortable!! One down side is the WiFi, interferes with Android phones and connecting to sites! Best to leave it off!!

This was an excellent hotel for a short stay while visiting the area. Fairly simple but affordable. They provided a free breakfast every morning that seemed above average compared to many hotels I've stayed at and the entire place was also very clean. Other amenities include a pool and fitness center as well. The staff were also extremely welcoming and friendly. No complaints!

I stumbled into this place just over a year ago after we PCSd from Hawaii to Norfolk. Due to the proximity to our families, and my job I drive to KY often especially when my husband is out. Angie was a life saver the first night and the amazing service will ensure we're loyal customers ❤️ Everyone is kind, the rooms are comfortable and the location to 64 is perfect. THANK YOU to everyone from the housekeepers, clerks, to management. You all do an amazing job!

Really clean and friendly staff and had an awesome stay. The pool was super chlorinated though, beware lol.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years on our way to Snowshoe, and it is obvious they have not updated the rooms at all. The lobby is very nice and comfortable and the staff is very welcoming. However, this will be our last stay due to the grungy feel of the room we stayed in. There are other hotels in the area that are the same price and have been updated. I really felt like I was staying at a budget inn and not a $200 a night hotel.

This Fairfield Inn is clean, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was especially good! I subtracted one star because both the hot tub and the ice machine on our floor were out of service.

We went here, as locals, after an unexpected issue in our rental, that had us out of our home for several days, while repairs were being made. They honor a relatively large military discount rate, which I appreciate. From the time we walked in, the lobby and space was immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing. There's fresh lime infused water. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. There's a sitting area outdoors which was relaxing, spaces around the property for walking our Ada therapy dog, clean pool and hot tub with a disability electronic lift to lower into the pool. The breakfast area was well taken care of and appreciated the fresh selection of fruit. There's tea and coffee in the breakfast area available 24 hours. Now, the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the front facing wall and the products smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND CALMING! I'm physically disabled, we weren't in a disability room and there's still a handheld grip to enter on the side of the shower, thank you! The air was cold in our room, the fridge was large and this is one of the top rooms/hotels overall we've ever stayed in. ABSOLUTELY beautiful, clean, opulent and "homey" feel at the same time.

This hotel was able to accommodate us after the nearby Hampton Inn was not able to provide the room we booked there. The room was no frills but exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

Google hits me up before I even finish checking in, but hey...here goes. Davis was great on check-in, very friendly and engaging. Room is good so far. Too many Jeeps in the parking lot, got dark too soon, 'almost' too cold for motorcycle riding, love music, hate dancing, no bar in the hotel but Quality Inn has a good one. Support Veterans and First Responders. Hup!

Not a bad hotel, but there's better options nearby. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Thin walls meant I heard my neighbors most of the night. Woke up by highway noise a couple times as well. Breakfast was very lacking. At least it's convenient to the highway.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, but the absolute best thing about our stay was the service we received from the front desk employee, Angie. She was extremely friendly & went above and beyond the call of duty. She took our reservation over the phone and was there to greet us when we arrived. We made several requests for things like bottled water, extra towels & pillows and she had everything ready and in bags easy for us to take to our room. Because of her excellent service, we will definitely use this hotel each time we visit.

Clean rooms, clean sheets, clean bathrooms.... Later checkin not an issue... Do suggest reservations as there are weekend events on a regular basis.

Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was included and they had eggs and sausages as well as pastries.

Peeping Tom staff allowed to walk in room while guest was naked.The manager Brandon is a poor excuse for management!!! Marriott used to be a sure thing with professional courteous trustworthy staff...Sadly this example of supposed management really hurts the former fine Marriott reputation. Also fraudulent fees.For what it's worth ..Marriott seems to be experiencing many legal issues for fee abuse in the millions of dollars ..Watch your bill ...beware...I would not recommend this hotel or dealing with Brandon....when you run into issues call marriot customer service The wait is terrible, but the associate was very helpful.Or Dave yourself the stress and try a different brand.I will! ..

I recently stayed at this property on a military assignment. Poorly trained staff. Status was not acknowledged, hotel did not honor welcome amenity gift guarantee. When I bought it up to the attention of the front desk, they referred me to the management team ,Taylor and Brandon. I emailed both of them and was met with silence. This is certainly a poor example of inadequate training and unprofessionalism by the management team. Stay elsewhere!

Nothing to complain about here; great stay at a fair price. Everywhere was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff was great and very friendly. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids. The hot tub wasn’t hot but that’s not a big deal to us. Our little man loved having his own space for dinos after swimming time, so the suites are great for families!
