If I could give this hotel a negative star, I would. Let's start with the rooms beyond disgusting. Blood stains on the blankets. The closet still has some clothes left from whoever stayed there the last time. But that wasn't the worst part. The EMPLOYEES need to be trained right. Customer service is lacked. I've never seen people as rude as the employees of this hotel. They need more than just training. They lacked human decency overall. So ghetto. Very low class people. The so-called manager needs to be fired! He acts as if he owns the parking space. And tried to record as we were moving it out. Run as far away from this hotel. It's not worth the price.

Just went to check in for my stay due to work trainings in town and was told that I couldn’t park in the parking lot per the restaurant staff and that it’s the new owners policy. I thought he needed to just move my car over to the other parking lot in front of the hotel more so I did and another staff member came and walked over and took my my license plate number . Made me feel like a criminal so decided to go ahead and take my business to the Hampton . Their service was great and I was not harassed before checking in! Highly recommend the Hampton

We were checked into a dirty room. When we notified the front desk, we were told "sorry, we have been having issues with the person cleaning that section" and given keys to a new room with no guarantee that room was clean either. Asked the front desk for clean towels after 4 days of no room service, only to get none. Had to take out our own garbage, and could barely get another ice bag. Definitely NOT WORTH the $250/night they quoted me for 2 extra days when we checked in!

Nice and clean, nice beds and fluffy pillows. Air was on when we got into the room, making it nice to arrive after a hot day. Would and have stayed again.

Very nice hotel. Food is great, rooms are big with very a comfortable bed. Had to get work done on bike at Hells Canyon Harley Davidson across the the road and hotel gave us a discount on the room. Will stay again if need be.

There has been one issue after another since we checked into this hotel. Bad customer service. Upon checking in, the front desk lady seems to be having a bad day already. Not a pleasant check-in. Rooms are filty, and blood stains/brown stains on both bed sheets. Dusty tables. In room phones is broken. When we asked to change it, we got major attitude from staff. Like it was an inconvenience for her. She offered to bring clean sheets, but we'll have to change our own sheets. We insisted that they change it for us. We tried to talk to management but we were treated poorly. He kept interrupting my husband while he was telling him about his complaints. The guy didn't let my husband finish and told him he heard enough. Unprofessional staff. Never ever going to stay here again.

We frequently vacation in McCall, ID and with two small kids, a stopover becomes necessary, typically in Pullman or Lewiston. I had not heard of this place before, so I thought we'd give it a try. It was better than the pictures! More like a resort! Lewiston has a resort. ??? Our room was spacious and well furnished. It had a microwave and refrigerator in the cabinet and two pools (we only found one). Breakfast was great! Fresh cut melon, Danish, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal/milk, yogurt and more! I was very impressed with the building, location was terrific and nearby the best Chinese restaurant in the state! The kids didn't want to leave!

Surprisingly cool hotel. The pool looked super clean (we stayed too short of a time to get in), rooms were clean (actually clean, no crumbs under mattresses), and the rooms were large with a modern design. The bathrooms have some cool lightning, too. They allowed dogs, which is a BIG win for us. Slept well.

Clean, staff was friendly bar was great. Elevators were terrifying death traps throughout the entire building. They may want to give those an overhaul. They shuttered, creaked, and dropped a little. 10 out of 10, take the stairs

Allowed a late checkout and went over and above to help freeze a water bottle for my son who needed it for his heal pain after a tournament. Clean and comfortable also.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay here. The room was very spacious, clean, and we had a great view upon request - which the very kind gal at the front desk was happy to accommodate. My mom is recovering from a serious stroke and while she was slowly walking along three different employees very politely offered us help or if we wanted a wheelchair. We were happy enough with our room but the staff made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful and the hot breakfast was awesome! We all left very satisfied with our stay and will be recommending to friends in the area in the future!

The entry to the room was weird. There was just a lot of empty space when you walked in and I don't get it. It's it a reception area? The impression I get is that someone didn't have enough to do a FULL renovation. The bathroom tiles were new, the tub was not. The "decor" was new, the outlets were not. It was more cosmetics I think. The hot water did not get hot and the shower curtain smelled moldy. I liked the free breakfast. The restaurant is closed during dinner but you can go to the bar and order, and anything you get from the kitchen for dinner is great. The bar is large, has pool tables, tv's and there's a patio off the bar. I noticed a large selection of beers on tap. If drinking was my thing I totally would have hung out there. Staff is all very friendly.

My visit was lovely. The view from my room was stunning. The hotel staff treated me like family. The breakfast was nice, warm, and filling. Location and parking were easy to find. Loved all the amenities. Fun to catch up with friends and family at the restaurant or bar right downstairs!

Spacious rooms, full breakfast. While the Merriweathers restaurant was not open the attached pub was serving the same food. I want to thank the grounds keeper for driving the shuttle to the airport with us!

The room Floor had not been vacuumed, staff unprofessional and unfriendly, carpet was lifting up between the bathroom and the hall, could see the carpet pad. Don’t make the mistake of picking the river side of the hotel….first of all no view of the river…secondly the traffic noise from the log trucks and semi trucks going to and from the mills was non stop day and night. Hall carpet were filthy. Don’t make the mistake of opting to go down the stairs instead of using the elevator. Stairways are grungie. TV reception was horrible, shows paused ever 10 minutes. Highest price hotel in town and it was not even close to earning the price.

The hotel was just okay. They have updated parts of the hotel, but the shower/tubs are still old. The lighting in the room is not very bright. I paid a little extra for a river view, but the river is actually on the other side of a major intersection. Yes, I could see the river, but that's not what I expected. The double queen room was less expensive, but both beds has sheets that had stains. I think the sheets had been washed, but they need to be replaced once they are stained to the point you can clearly see it. We had great service in the restaurant, but the food was just ok. we had the grilled cheese, reuben, with chicken wings.

Beware the FEES!!! First off, the good: This is a very nice hotel. Clean large rooms and fairly comfortable beds. Pleasant staff and accommodating servers. Now the ‘Not So Good’: Their posted rates on their website begin at $180/night. However, that rate isn’t available. Their cheapest rate is $155/night. The food is very expensive. This is an issue because the food simply isn’t that good. And finally there are the undisclosed fees. They say that the fees are stated on the computer screen you must sign when you check in. What it says is there may be additional fees. It’s not stated for what or for how much. We had fees added to our final bill for restaurant usage, bar fees, hotel fees, and mystery fees that front desk couldn’t identify. These fees totaled nearly $30 on our two-night stay. If you stay here, find out about their fees when you check in.

The girls behind the counter were not very professional, seems to be no leadership. It felt like the place was in transition and not sure what was going on. The elevator was not working correctly. A staff member had to jump up and down to get the elevator to level out to the floor. Nice place, nice view, food in restaurant was good but they seem to be out of some menu items. Pool was dirty.

Excellent and very friendly service, fairly clean rooms, great shower. Beds a bit saggy. The location is gorgeous with convenient fast food, grocery store, and laundromat nearby. Stayed here for a week in July 2022 in two different rooms.

Place is dated looks so nice from pics but rooms have issues. Bathrooms very dated the pool and hot tub are dirty jets don’t work properly. Every time I stay maintenance has had to come up to fix stuff. Doesn’t seem like this place is taken care of. Update your building

Got sticker shock when I got my bill Decent place not worth 200$ tho.... Barking dog across hallway but they took care of that fairly quickly. Trinity checked us in, did a good job Breakfast was good The staff at breakfast was great cept for the manager that decided to do a training course for a newbie right next too our table We're trying to have a decent meal plan out work tasks for day and she barking at these gal ... Plus all the other were dressed appropriately for food service except manager lady ...

Heater, coffee maker were full of dust. We didn’t use the heater. Windows had mold and curtains were filthy. Fridge sounded like a 737 in our room. Tub wouldn’t drain good, toilet was dirty. Pillows seems old and dirty. Bathroom door had LOUD squeak. Walls were very thin. Staff wasn’t helpful either. The whole building seemed to need a lot of maintenance work.

Update! Horrible. I am still waiting for my nights stay statement. I've called 3 times. No answer. No email to contact via the website. As you walk in you instantly smell mold/mildew. Front desk was so so. Not very personable. I was placed on a bottom floor room (as a solo female thanks for considering my safety) and the smell is even worse in the room. Windows are large, old and easy to jar open. Bedding is extremely used and unmatched. I really thought for the rate it would have higher standards.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. What a beautiful hotel. Accommodations are 4 star. The views from the hotel are spectacular as is the surrounding area.
