It's a nice little park in downtown Libertyville. It's got a decent amount of grass and a small playground for kids. And is located right by a dozen+ shops and small businesses. They have a farmers market during the summer and a the town fair is right there too. I'm biased because I grew up here but I will always recommend it.

Nice little park. Visited library, kids swing and slides and picked up the pizza/lunch nearby and ate in park. Stroll at the downtown libertyville.

The quintessential town square that time forgot. It feels like walking into The Music Man or something similar. Absolutely charming and meticulously maintained. Just gorgeous.

Needed to kill time before a train, so my friend and I had an impromptu fall themed photo session at this picturesque park. Hardly anyone was around on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to get excellent tree photos with the historic buildings in the background. There are many park benches to sit at, and picnic tables as well, so it's a great place to relax. Not too close to the main road so the noise isn't bad.

As a central focal point to the local community, Cook Park offers something for everyone. Meander through this park's lovely rose garden in the warm months, grab a picnic bench to enjoy a quick bite, or let kids explore the updated playground. Plus, the park is the perfect setting for the many events hosted here throughout the year, like the Farmer's Market, Lunch in the Park, Festival of the Arts, Car Fun on 21, and Village Tree Lighting.

We volunteered for the Dog Days of Libertyville, and it was amazing. The number of vendors was astounding, and it was all for dogs! Bravo Libertyville 🐕

A lovely park with a rose garden that blooms all summer. There's some beautiful mature trees that provide shade, worth lots of metal benches so you can take a load off and enjoy the scenery. There's also a nice playground just off the green to keep the kiddos entertained. There are a number of eateries nearby, but the new ice cream parlor, Sugarville, is the perfect place to grab up a sweet pick-me-up.

Was there for The Farmer's Market and it wasn't crowded @ ~8:30-9am! I was told by one of the Vendors that about 1/3rd of the Merchants didn't bother to Show Up due to End of The Season; but we bought a few nice items at Fair Prices! 👍😁💯%✔️

Nice park. Lots of shade trees. Didn't explore a lot but it was good for a meetup with friends.
